Solid setup for a gaming pre-built. Top fan arrived a little loose but quick tighten fixed that no problem!

Was making a humming sound when started, took it to the store, diagnostic was a fan bearing and was told by Geeksquad that if there was work that needed to be done, i would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Consider the fact that i had purchaed it two days earlier, where is the guarantee on a brand new items. Why do i have to worry about repairs on this, i was told i would have to call the manufacturer and deal with the parts situation my self. Geek squad wanted to do nothing with this. Other than to put the part in, thankfully i have total tech if not i run the risk of having to pay Geeksquad for the repair, ON A BRAND NEW MACHINE!!!!!

Have had nothing but issues with this PC since I bought it, internet constantly going in and out even with the antenna connected, do not buy!! buy local

We bought this for our son last Christmas. Within a year the memory sticks went out and no it will not power on at all. Waiting on hold for customer support to return for another repair.

I decided to pick this up on a deal for black friday, I previously built all my own pcs before this, and figured prebuilts have improved since the past, and unfortunately I was wrong. It is as slow and stutters more than my old build which had a Gtx 1070, Ryzen 2700x, and 16 gb of ddr4 ram. This pc consistently gets to hot, I went into the bios to increase the fan curve to be more aggressive, and set my rgb lighting to change from white and fade to red when hot, It is constantly red with HWMonitor to prove it. It stutters severely in games, My older pc ran CS2 far smoother to this one and with the specs of this new PC it just doesnt make sense to me. I figured even the NVMe drive would add a speed boost but it really didnt make a difference. My biggest gripe above all for this sad excuse of a pc, is the power button doesnt even work. I have tried everything to make it function, It only works to shut the pc off, but I cannot turn it back on. I have been manually starting it with the power switch on the power supply. Please stay aware from iBuyJunk.

Stopped working after 6 day! Worked amazing and everything i wanted out of a pc! Randomly turned it off like normal. Next startup, pc would not boot. Luckily in still in warranty and will be getting a new one, but definitely skeptical about the second one working as intended, maybe just a bad component but as of this first one disappointed is the least i can say.

Fair price and the pc is good but the blue screen of death would keep coming up and the cooling is not the best cant make any upgrades with case

Decent. Fan stopped working after a few days and for some reason when I play a game and try and talk via discord the sound is awful. Good for playing solo games though

The PC is great, but it has a Bluetooth defect where it cannot detect any devices. Best Buy doesn't know how to fix it and won't help unless you pay for their premium plan which is almost $200 extra so... I wouldn't buy from here

It's has no wifi or Bluetooth! Geek squad won't fix it. Told us to go buy a USB to plug piece that will give us WiFi and Bluetooth. It is supposed to come with it but they selling it without it! DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY

The item didnt work i had to change something to make it work and connect to the monitor

Have had this pc for a few days now and have gone through all of the steps to optimize its performance and so far, its a clunker. I play Crusader Kings 3 which is not a resource intensive game compared to most but this computer is glitchty, freezes during game play, crashes, loses lots of supposedly saved data, etc. For $1000, you’d think it would be able to handle a game like this. Honestly pretty annoyed

The ram in my system came faulty. Not once did I boot the system and it came on normally. I had to uninstall and reinstall the ram each time just to fully turn it on, and eventually, it would never fully boot. I got power to my system, but the ram wouldn’t work.

Had to return it the RAM or motherboard was messed up

the price is a lil too high. the RGB is limited and not user friendly

On 16th day motherboard failure happened to me where it was stuck on bios screen. Luckily best but allowed me to do a return/exchange one day iver my return policy date. System went into gpu failure and memory failure as well.

This item we had for not even a week and it broke. We only used it for regular searching and then my husband ran one game on it (that is not a demanding game). It shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. It’s a crying shame. Thankfully the Best Buy team was able to assist us in getting a different one that was better recommended but 10/10 DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

a brand new pc out of the box should be working fully out of the box, bluetooth is not.
