We bought this for Christmas for my son to play games on. There have been nothing but issues with it. I’ve had it at Geek Squad twice already and it’s already messed up again. I’m ready to take a hammer to it.

Horrible pc! Worked for a month and now crashes every-time my son launches a game. Unable to return due to 15 day return window even though it was a Christmas gift! Geek squad and Epic games unable to help us solve the problem. We were told to contact ibuypower directly and ask about their 1 year warranty. Waiting on a call back. What a giant waste of time, energy, and money!

Constantly crashing and it’s very frustrating. I would of never spent this money I have if I knew the problems would be happening

Wont connect to internet even with Ethernet cable. Awful product

This company is a complete scam -- do not buy any IBUYPOWER systems -- they have the worst customer service and I recommend never to buy from there.. in 1 month the computer does not even work. I called the company and they had me on hold for 4 hours each time and then hung up -- A complete scam and never buy these systems.

I ordered it once and it was marked delivered and never came. I got sent a reship and it got cancelled. I wasn’t refunded and not i’m left with nothing

Defective, tried online and phone assistance with no avail. Tried to swap it out in my local store, didnt have any in stock so i had to return it and lose out on the deal i had gotten. Paying a friend to build one for me instead.

I have called support most days out of the month reporting issues with the pc and asking for various services that you were supposed ot provide and still have not. Im, a plus member the pc has issues and Im a disable vetteran so you know I cant easily ocme to the store so you want to charge me an additional 200 to come fix it not cool

Bought one for my son. Couldn’t get it to download windows. Took it to geek squad. They couldn’t get it to download either. Traded up and the same thing with that one. Ended up with another brand all together.

It looks good but I didn’t ask for it. I was trying to build my own and for some odd reason, they decided to send me this without my say so.

Came with damage, was told I could return the item for a refund IF the package was unopened which makes zero sense

After only 2 months of purchasing it the psu died I went to exchange it and less than a week again the psu died.

DOA! And Best Buy made me buy a membership to swap it out! Total Scam!

This Prebuilt is by far one of the best ones ive seen performance wise. It has amazing performance, it was all in one piece right out of the box, and has one of the easiest setups.

It is so slow and lags on any game. Even a simple one like fortnight.

They delivered it to the wrong address, and refused to give me a replacement.

Got the blue screen of death first day do not buy !!

best value, runs great, completely customizable, and the keyboard is a nice bonus as well- didn't take long to set up at all, it's very user friendly
