It came on time and works amazingly well. Quality is amazing and paired with the right monitor, you wouldn't need to upgrade by much. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a starter PC.

Just set it all up a few hours ago but everything seems fine and for the price im blown away im so glad i got it while it was $500 lower. The only thing i noticed was on gpu-z my fans arent giving off a "fan speed" reading but they are clearly on so gonna keep an eye on that if anyone else has had this problem please share

Came out of the box and working perfectly. The keyboard and mouse that come with the machine are pretty solid, and I've found no real issues

Great computer, runs fantastic. But after less than a month it made a pop noise and wouldn’t turn back on. Had to return.

My son is very happy with this system. He thinks everything he has used in the past is a potato pc now!

Yikes. Spending close to 2k if you don't get this on sale you'd expect it to run pretty well out of the box. While it did boot up and the lights looked pretty, that's all this thing has going for it. GPU runs incredibly hot. It has ABSOLUTELY no wireless connection going for it (instructions online are to open it up and try to rip out the wireless adapter from the inside and plug it in the external USB, or in my case buy an additional $100 Wi-Fi extender, and it STILL has trouble). Basically, I am able to play games on a 2012 laptop better than I am with this PC. The specs are nice, but they cut corners and it's overall a VERY poor system. No skin in the game, and this is my first gaming PC, I've spent a lot of time researching products out there and am incredibly disappointed. Better served for GPU prices to decrease and building your own.

Me and my brother bought two of the Slate Mr. Gaming computers Mine died after one day of gaming My brothers is still going strong. I did return mine hassle free. I will be buying a replacement from Best Buy! A one star for the computer that died! 5 stars for customer service I will continue to buy from BEST BUY!

Got this pc in and is didn’t post. Motherboard is telling me there problems with the RAM and cpu. Don’t know what to do. Going to call tech support tomorrow see if they can help. Probably not but we’ll see.

the ssd is garbage. it died a month after the return window closed and i have no idea how to utilize any warranty since this online ordering shtick is paperless bullcrap.

Let me just start off by saying that I have been a console gamer my entire life. Recently with the hard-to-get release of the next gen consoles, I decided to switch to PC for gaming. I am no computer expert, but I sure am glad I made this decision. Ever since I got my hands on this computer, I have been obsessed with the thing and am loving every moment I spend on it. Games run incredibly fast and smooth, I have not encountered any game so far that it has a problem with. It does not run super loud with the fans either, which I have read is a common issue with some computers. Setting everything up did not take too long and within an hour or two I was already downloading multiple games at once, which it handled very good. I would highly recommend this PC to anyone in the market. Before I bought this I researched tons of different models and builds in lots of different price ranges. Yes, $1800+ is a lot of money but I can assure you that if you got the cash then this is worth every penny. I have gotten a lot of compliments from friends about this computer, from its internal parts to its crazy look with all the flashy lights. I mean it legit looks like something straight off an alien spaceship when you run it in a dark room. If you are anyone in a position like I was, that is looking for a prebuilt PC that can be taken out of the box, set up and running games/applications on the same day, then I would recommend this product. Even if you are way more tech-savvy than me and know how to build computers, there is a ton of free space to add upgraded parts. I should also mention that finding a PC with the 3060ti that is under $2k AND has good reviews was pretty rare. Now I could leave you off with some boring review, saying this PC is 'great' 'excellent' or 'a beast' and while all this is true, you see on pretty much every review. But no, the best words I can fathom to describe this computer is a MASTAHPIECE !!

Just got this today! First time having a PC and I have to say it is running really well. The one thing I have to knock is that the CPU was missing a screw securing it to the case, but I had many screws that fit and was an easy fix.

Just going to add the stuff that is vague in the product description. Does NOT come with nvme ssd. Comes with a super cheap chinese knockoff 2.5inch SSD. Does come with a 1tb HDD. asrock b550m-c motherboard (you will need to google it, will not find it on asrock website besides by google search, ibuypower exclusive) Box will show a nice AIO cpu cooler, does not come with it go based on bestbuy images of the pc. 2x 8gb Tforce 3200mhz white RGB ram PSU is unknown. No label, no voltage indicator, no certification.

Fantastic product at a great price. Shipped quickly and set up easily, I'm now able to play just about any game I own on the highest settings.

Really good so far no issues besides my own Wi-Fi but have had it for a week or two now and its doing amazing.
