Very disappointed….

Nothing. All the fans RGB do not light up at all. After looking further into it the 3 fans in the front and the 1 in the back are supposed to light up. Will try customer service tomorrow but i think a wire might not be hooked up.

Not a single one is properly manufactured and Best Buy doesn’t even check to make sure they run properly. Every single computer now again this will be the 3rd has been faulty. All within 5 months. It’s truly insane. I’d never in my life recommend anyone buy a PC from Best Buy certainly not this brands.

Never turned on after 2 weeks

I really don't recommend it.

Bad purchase

Two days after Christmas we were back in Best Buy at the geek squad because it would not turn on. We got another one and the exact same thing happened 2 days later. Poorly built computer.

The second one also couldn't run Sims 4 without crashing.

Sold faulty device

Returned to manufacturer for repair. It worked just one day after receiving from the manufacturer. I do not know what I should do next.

It is worth it

It was a perfect Christmas gift and I often question myself how this PC could be this good for this cheap. Most people assume that they need a 3090 with an incredible chip, but this PC does the job I need it too. Being able to run games like ARK: Survival Evolved at high graphics fine and a multitude of XBOX games running better than ON XBOX! Seriously, 9/10.
