The system is already having a blue screen i paid $1100 and already having to have it serviced bought it on 11/29/22

Would have been 5 stars, but the front facing LED light didn't work.

This has been a piece of junk since it came out of the box. I’ve taken it to BB Total Tech support twice, spoken with 10 different Geek Squad agents who have collectively helped me 0 times. When it was connecting to the internet, it was getting a download speed of 11 while everything else in the house was getting 200+. The H key on the keyboard quit working 2 days after we got it, took it to Geek Squad where they wiped the computer and reloaded everything. The H key works now, but it won’t connect to the internet. Geek Squad can’t come out for another 10 days and they want to charge me for it to boot. I will be returning it .

Computer kept crashing after playing for 5+ minutes 2 weeks after purchase. GPU and CPU temps were fine, RAM was reseated and all connections were triple checked. iBuyPower support couldn’t resolve issue, BestBuy service recommended returning for refund. This was already an exchange for the same computer that was also crashing, that one was crashing right after startup so I couldn’t even try to diagnose. Bought returned and bought a different brand

Every SI or OEM is garbage. If there a problem with pc you have to fix it. it take forever to hold on them. Specially when it ready to play when u open the box. NOPE randomly crash.

Didn’t last a week just stopped working after a week

this computer is amazing, especially for the discounted price, including a decent keyboard and mouse along with it, it runs smooth and cool. when underload it is not too loud and temps stay pretty moderately low, only down sides is the amount of air flow, one fan on the front and back,

Pc runs games great and I never have any issues with hardware!

Plug and Play, super simple setup, and you are off to the races. I have always wanted a solution to PC game and the iBuyPower has allowed me access to XBOX Game Pass and Steam. This also includes the keyboard and mouse which allows me to have a complete setup.

The case looks very nice and the quality of the build is excellent! Also in this current market for gaming PC components I paid a very good price. The only con for the PC case is that there are only 2 cooling fans on the case but other than that I am very happy with my purchase

super fast pc comes with great rgb keyboard and ive had it for a few days but for the price and the specs its really good tbh i would add a pic but idk how yet but it is a good pc

The PC is Great, Easy to set up And Super fast on start up, I really recommend buying this pc for it's price, it runs around a One Hundred FPS on Fortnite While running max Settings as well as Apex, Roblox, Modern Warfare, and GTA V.

This computer works very well for people who are just getting into gaming computers. The cooling is questionable, but it works very well

This is my first PC ever so I don't really know how most things work and I'm too scared to touch anything at the moment. I might need to connect something but the front RGB lights aren't turning on, but as I said, I'm too scared to touch any of the interior. It did crash one time at first but I restarted it and it works perfectly fine now. Overall, it works pretty well, so please don't be alarmed with some of the stuff on my review, the PC works great and I would recommend this for first time PC users.

This PC functions really well. The fan was very quiet for me and the delivery of it was quicker than I was expecting. It works for every game I've put on it so far. They've been able to run great and with minimal lag aside from that caused by my own WiFi.

I got this computer (SlateMR Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA RTX 2060 6GB - 480GB SSD) as a Black Friday deal on Best Buy. It is the first time I got a gaming PC, and it is a great experience. The computer is very stylish and powerful. I can run all the games I like smoothly. Highly recommend.

My FIL bought this PC for my son for Xmas after consulting with me on what he needed. Very pleased with the purchase so far. My son loves the speed and the LEDs add the gamer feel. Took a star off because the mouse that came in the box will not connect so I have to call CS. All around solid PC. Lots of room for upgrades as well.

I love this PC! I did not realize that it comes with a mouse and keyboard. Yes, it is in the photo, but that is not always the case when it comes to purchasing things online. I must have missed that in the description.

Glad we got this gaming PC for my son's birthday before it sold out. It came with a keyboard and mouse. It's super fast and quiet. He loves it! The set up was very easy!
