My games keep crashing. I don’t know what is wrong with it. I updated the drives and the windows to the latest versions. Can anyone help me?

First one that I bought the rgb would not work on the 4 fans that are supposed to light up. Exchanged that one for another, on this one the fans work perfect but the pc is constantly crashing. I can’t even get though one single game of apex without crashing or flat out shutting down. If you’re looking for a gaming computer go to micro center.

Any game I tried to play would crash and hard boot the computer. Tried multiple troubleshooting steps from several forums, to no avail. Had to return it. Maybe bad hardware? Over 4 hours waiting to talk to iBuyPower support. Never got anyone.

ok but it would restart/crash/glitch muilti times.

Game auto exiting after playing for a while, tried resetting, updating driver, checked GPU temperature, memory test, nothing worked, returned and replaced a same one, still having the same issue

I could not play anything with this garbage i had to return and i built my own for 300 more dollars and it is so much better please save your money please or your gonna lose everything

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I play Warzone and I can’t even get through one game without the PC crashing. Game freezes fully and have to full restart every single time. Awful build do not spend your money on this.

Currently on my 2nd exact model. Nothing but issues. Constantly blue screens for memory management issue. Can’t even play low tier games. Anyone know the fix?

The PC reboots constantly. The PC handles simple games like Minecraftband Fortnite. When trying to play"real" games the thing reboots. Really unhappy about this buy.

Been in and out of Best Buy getting fixed for over heating and getting the operating system installed correctly more than my son has got to play it. Complete junk

Used it maybe 10 times. Was told it was the best one they sold… Now, it won’t even turn on.. can’t delete sensitive information

Didn’t work had to return and wait 14 days to receive my money back.

Okay so my friend just bought this pc last week. Its a great computer , BUT Ibuypower is absolutely bad when it comes to building there pcs. IF ANY of you have had a issue where your pc crashes at every single game you load, then i got ya answer. After numerous attempts and trying to figure out what it was, i found out that the CPU comes overclocked automatically or “turbo” which means its running and double the power. It could totally handle that if it didnt come with a tiny stock cpu cooler… so basically any game my friend would attempt to play, it would crash within minutes with no warning or answer. So the answer to this, is you gotta go into the BIOS and turn off the turbo on the cpu. It will then run stock at the 2.5ghz and have 0 crashes. I hope this helps some of the other people that left low star reviews.. as well as if youre looking to buy this pc. Not a bad pc by any means. Just very bad company that doesnt know what there doing when putting together the system.
