First gaming pc and I have to say its very high quality. I never knew a graphics card could be so huge in person, bigger than my iPhone and its a max lol. Definitely love the rgb on the ram sticks and fans, looks very nice at night when gaming. Other pre built pcs are higher for cheaper quality and have bad reviews, thats not the case here. Im highly satisfied with my purchase. Now I just have to invest in an Xbox controller so I can game my usual way since I switched from console.

Everything came as expected. The only thing to note, as a previous reviewer mentioned, is it came with an 11700K instead of the 11700KF. No complaints. Box in fairly good condition. Came with an ASRock z590 mobo, MSI Ventus 3x 3080. Thermals are fine even in demanding games like Warzone, CPU never going above 70c and the GPU will occasionally hit 73c, but no higher. Also, I'm fairly certain it didn't come with XMP enabled for those curious. Very good buy for the price.

Fresh out of the box, runs well so far. Had some delays with the shipping largely due to things outside of Best Buys control. Box had some damage that gave me concern but when I took the PC out of the box everything seemed fine. Will continue to see how it does and then revisit this revue and adjust as necessary. I would recommend.

Normally I either do build myself or Powerspec Prebuild. With the price for GPU's so high Prebuild seemed the way to go. Found this at BB and gave it a shoot. Really good build. Very fast and expandable. Added more storage day one and looked around the inside. Very clean install and love all the RGB lights. Only a couple days in but very happy. A lot of computer for a less than what it would cost me to build myself..

I got this computer for Christmas, and as soon as we set it up I wanted to check it out. After checking out a few games, this computer is amazing. It is much faster than my previous device, the LED is nice to look at, too. On my other device, when I would go live it would work super slow. On this computer, there is no lag at all. My frames barely go down, and the stream quality is good too. Overall great.

First one showed up DOA due to bad graphics card. Return was extremely simple and Best Buy promptly refunded my money. I ordered another machine and got an even better graphics card for the same money. Shipped super quick and fired up right out of the box. Son jumped on COD, Minecraft and Fortnite immediately. Can’t believe how smooth the graphics look.

When doing market research the 2 companies which had my specs in stocks in a good price were Cyberpowerpc and Ibuypower. I decided that since both companies have similar online presence and followers to dive deeper into their customer service so I can trust them if something doesn't work out with my purchase. When I called CyberpowerPC I asked which GPU brands in stock and if I can request ordering a specific on. [I didn't really care much which vendor, it was just meant to demonstrate how their reps handle hard questions] . It should've been a relatively easy answer "sorry we can't handle this request" but instead the answer I got was almost rude and with no patience. Ibuypower in my several conversations with them were calm, welcoming helpful professional and simply awesome! I couldn't have wished for more. The purchasing process itself was smooth and easy to track. The PC is high quality well tested and so far(month of use) I'm super happy! I highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd pre built computer that I’ve bought from ibuypower. This thing is worth every penny! I have had smooth game play on extensive games like halo, warzone, and battlefield! Well worth the price with graphics cards being so expensive. The only down side for some people might be the fans sound is noticeable. Not loud just noticeable.

Recently bought an "iBUYPOWER - Trace MR Gaming Desktop - Intel i7-11700KF - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 10GB - 500GB WD NVME SSD + 1TB HDD" and havent received any issues from it. the product wasnt damaged when i took it out of the box and is living up to expectations. i highly recommend getting this pc

WORKS AND LOOKS GOOD! It's a great pc for gaming with easy access to upgrade the components in the future and if extremely would have built this computer with the components it has been a lot more expensive. The SSD makes it boot up extremely fast and the extra storage is perfect for my library of games.

Mainly bought for the 3080 but after swapping it for a 1080ti and booting into windows I noticed the ram only showed 8gb instead of 16. After moving the ram to the correct slots it booted in dual channel no issue.

Purchased the last PC at the local best buy in South Florida. Previously using a thread ripper 1950x the speed of this machine is night and day compared to the old PC. The machine has space in the case to support 2 GPUs. Would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a high end PC

Was looking for a new gaming PC since November, I tried dell and HP first and they didn't pan out. Since it was coming up close to Christmas when I took time off I needed the PC asap and saw this and went for it. I ordered it on 12/17 and it got to my house on 12/22. I am in Colorado and it shipped out of OH. (UPS) It came with windows 11 so it looks like anything after Nov has a high chance of that, which I like so far. Except for a few small scratches it was in perfect condition. I'm not for sure how to remove the 1tb hard drive in this different case yet but I'll figure it out. RAM: (x28 GB) 16Gb of Neo Forza (NMGD480E82-3200DF00) Motherboard: ASRock everyone else was getting. Graphic Card: Asus TUF gaming 10Gb 3080 Storage: ST100DM010-2EP102 and WDC WDS500G2B0C-00PXH0

Great PC. Doesn't overheat at least my version. Runs everything I throw at it. Windows 11 runs smoothly. No issues with games running on it. Good for work related things too! As you would expect PowerPoint, medical charting(aka EPIC) runs great.

The is the second IBuyPower PC that I have bought from Best Buy. First was for my daughter to stream and create digital art. Was so impress I got one for myself. VERY HAPPY with both purchases.

This computer is great. Never had an issue. Runs everything in the highest possible settings. I mean come on it’s a 3080Ti. It will beat out the PS5 easy same with XBox.

this computer is really good at running games that are hard for other computers to it is verry power full but the windows button is confusing for windows 10 users.

Good price for a gaming computer. I enjoy it and am able to play my favorite games on it.

Has a very easy installation with clear instructions. The pc runs great and is future proof for at least 6 years.
