I have been searching for a powerful desktop to use for gaming and some light machine learning experiments. The Black Friday deal convinced me to purchase this one. Its specs seem to suit my needs well, except I might upgrade the RAM in the near future. It just came in yesterday, and I am thrilled. Setup was easy, and the included instructions told me everything I needed to do. So far I have just used it for gaming. It runs games like Planet Zoo smoothly on Ultra settings!

The PC is awesome. Lower end motherboard but everything else is great! Will possibly upgrade the RAM and motherboard in the future but the PC can handle any game I throw at it at 120+ FPS

Highly recommend this gaming computer - easy setup, great graphs card, I added an additional 64g memory. It is quiet, fast and purchased because my last iBUYPOWER got fried due to a faulty surge protector - had it for 4 1/2 years with no problems - expect I will have this one longer and will be very happy with my purchase

This is actually my second attempt at getting this PC to work, but I'm giving 4 stars because customer service was helpful throughout the whole process. My first PC died after about a month of every day gaming. Tech support thinks it was a faulty motherboard. They were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and getting me a replacement PC.
Overall this thing runs really well. Temps are stable and GPU temp has never been above 75 degrees. My first one came with a Gigabyte GPU and the second one came with a ASUS TUF Gaming GPU. Both performed really well.

Have just been setting everything up the past few hours and waiting on some games to download from steam, and what can i say... wow! this thing is incredible. I'm coming from a 1060 i7 laptop to this thing Trace MR 1003ti 11gen i7 3080ti and I'm blown away. Can't wait to start editing photos and playing games. Everything was perfect right out of the box. no loose cables or damaged internals. i took the packing foam out, checked everything and fired it right up paired with LG ultra gear 27GP83B. can't say enough good things so far. I'll try to edit after some serious use.

Got this back in Dec, 2021. It was super convenient that I could pick this up from a Best Buy 2 minutes away from work.
Great look, and great performance. Although I actually sent it in for repair under warranty, the support has been great. Would give lower for having to switch out the CPU cooler, ram, and GPU so soon, but I'll give a 5 (more like a 4.5 rounded up) since the support was swift and good.

Very nice PC. I usually build my own machines, but with current market conditions for parts it virtually impossible. Sale price made it extremely attractive. I needed customer support for Bios issue and was not able to get hold of them yet, thus minus one star.

The computer works great just has some air flow issues because the case isnt as good. The parts are amazing consider upgrading its Ram to 32 gigs. The PSU is some off brand japanese PSU. Try to fix the fan curves bc this system does get hot really easily

Absolutely amazed with this beast! Had no issues setting up, followed the instructions and it took probably 20 minutes max to get everything started. It runs great! I can play all of my games so far on ultra, which I have never been able to do in the past with my other computers. If you don't have the time to build your own computer I definitely recommend the ibuypower line!

BEWARE. The first time I ordered this package it came with a dead GPU, unable to display anything on the monitor. Now that the replacement is here, it was fully functioning as expected and it runs perfect with no compromises what so ever.

3080ti in a $3200 machine for $2600 on sale? Yes please! But wait, there’s a lot of reviews with black screen issues? Eh, I’ll roll the dice on that price. Ended up with a black screener. I returned it, I’m not usually a pre-built person but for the simple fact of inflation the price for the complete with a 3080ti was a steal. It put a bad taste in my mouth so I’ll just wait for things to regulate a little bit, nothing wrong with my gaming laptop or other desktop. I would 100% say take your chance on this one. Overall it’s a nice unit, just make sure it’s not going to be your only option for a computer if you do it.

Excellent pc. Bought it for myself on sale and very satisfied with it. I usually game with it on a 4k tv, hardly has an issue or graphical stuttering compared to my old computer, thanks to the 3080ti. Worth it if you want a really great gaming experience. Only issue i have so far is memory capacity. Ive already reached the 1TB limit and will need to expand it soon.

With the insane inflation of the GPU market, snapping up a Pre Built is about the easiest way to get a 30 series card. I grabbed an iBuypower with a 3080 ti. The system is decent, but there was definitely a premium for the GPU. It came loaded with an I7 11700kf, 16gb of 3200 ram from Neo Forza, a WD Blue 1tb NVME drive, an AIO, and all buttoned down to an Asrock z590 AC board with a power supply that will probably get the job done, but for how long is unknown. All of that in a spacious tempered glass case for $3200 plus tax. A steal for sure... needless to say I robbed the card for my build and dropped a 6500xt in it for my son. Hes playing COD at about 50 fps on a 4k 60 screen so hes happy, I got a GPU so I'm happy.

This is a really good offering of parts for the price. That being said, support is basically going to be on the consumer's end. iBuyPower is pretty well renowned for having awful, slow, and unreliable customer service. I had purchased this tower originally from GameStop, it came DOA. Rather than fight iBuyPower on getting the parts exchanged, I returned it, and after some battling, got a refund from Gamestop for another tower through BestBuy here. Much faster, and easier, to be frankly honest.
On first boot. It's a clean install, with basically no electronic venereal disease from iBuyPower (ibp, for the rest of this review). No bloatware, no ads, all good.
You will need to download nvidia geforce experience for drivers on the GPU, but other than no additional software was needed to get running.
The computer does, however, come poorly setup in the BIOS on arrival. RAM was running at a paltry speed of 2200MHz out of the box, and the CPU would not boost above base clock of 3.6GHz. You have to tap F11, boot to bios with the EUFI, and go to OC tweaker and make some settings changes to get the full speed of everything. After the CPU was allowed to turbo up, and the RAM was set at it's listed speeds, there was a decent 15% bump or more in some games that I saw. Worth spending a little bit of time.
If you're interested in the RGB, from the box you can only configure it from the BIOS. The RGB controller software comes outdated, and incorrectly configured from the factory. Hold down the windows key + R, type in "msinfo32" (no quotations), and you'll see system information pop up in a window. Scan down the list, and look for "BaseBoard Product". This is going to be your motherboard. Go to Asus's Asrock support page, search for the motherboard, go to downloads, and download your RGB Sync software. Run the software, let the command scripts update the EPROM on the controller, and the software will work fine afterwards without having to boot into BIOS for every time you want to change it.
The system was configured correctly as far as hardware goes, however. RAM was installed as dual channel, the AIO has proper thermal paste application, the GPU was seated correctly, and the PSU is just enough to keep the system stable, though I will be upgrading it later. Not a quiet system due to the overwhelming quantity of fans inside of it, but the temperatures are very nice. Nothing runs hot, or even gets close to thermal limits. Cyberpunk 2077 couldn't even bring this thing near "high" temps.
The motherboard is very scant on USB ports, however, only having 5 standard USB type A full size connectors, and a single USB-C port. I threw an Inateck Superspeed 7 Port PCI-E card into the tower, as well as 2 additional drives for storage. My need for ports has been filled without ugly dongles.
As usual with included peripherals on prebuilt systems, the keyboard and mouse are about as good as e-waste. For some reason, they decided to opt for factory lube on the membrane keyboard, but it's been lubed with silicon grease, so the keys are all "gummy" and "muddy", and feel awful. The mouse creaks and is hollow, all the buttons mash deeply into the housing before they leave an unsatisfying mushy and hollow "clock" against the switches. The $8 per shipped unit they likely pay their manufacturer to include these in the box shows through clear as day. They are serviceable enough though, and if this is a "first time" game rig, you likely would be fine. I've grown snobbish and picky as I get older, however, so these quickly went to plastic recycling after tearing them down to remove the boards and rubber bits.
Overall, for a prebuilt... if caught on sale, this a 5/5 for those who are able to take care of troubleshooting themselves. For your average, or younger customer, however, probably a 3 or 4 out of five.
Pros: solid hardware, built well, no issues
Cons: poor support, software for motherboard needs updating, incorrect BIOS configuration for installed hardware

As someone who normally builds his PCs i am thoroughly impressed by this system. Just played a few hours of Red Dead 2 in 2k on ultra settings and the GPU didn't get hotter than high 60s. Air flow is great, it's quiet and it's a powerhouse. The LEDs look great too. I have my own peripherals so i can't really speak for the keyboard or mouse but they seem pretty well built as well.
