Barely one month after buying this pc I started having constant crashing issues just outside of my return window. Customer support narrowed it down to a defective gpu. So they had me pay $550 in advance to get a replacement gpu as fast as possible. 3 weeks later the new gpu comes in and after installing I’m having the same issues with crashes. Now I’m being told it’s either the cpu or the motherboard and I need to send the pc in for repairs. I’ve owned this computer for 2 months, have over $2000 wrapped up in it, and I will be without it for another 1-3 months while they repair it on top of all the stress of having to mail in a 50 pound computer that they won’t cover and shipping damages for.

Its okay but craps out fast

Took it into geek squad and they suggest to return it and they will build me a pc for half the price.

Great choice overall

I haven't had any issues with any of the components, and it has performed well for gaming. It has a great design, making it easy to connect all my external devices for optimal performance. The setup was a little difficult though because of all the stuff used for packaging, but it was great once the setup was completed. Overall, the PC has been great, capable, and easy to use.
