Q: Would I be able to change parts at all through y’allbefore buying it, would as is?
A: This is a pre-built systems so there is unfortunately no customization options. Though there are various systems pre-builds from which you can purchase, or you can go to our site and purchase a custom build there.
A: I would suggest trying to contact either Ibuypower or Best Buy about lights not turning on. As far as I can tell the GPU fan doesn't have lights on it and the bottom fans doesn't have them either but everything else including the 2x16 RAM sticks have RGB lighting on it.

A: I think it does have it on the back of the case sealed with thumb screws.
