Had to go to store and change out for one with all the pieces. The thing that connects to your phone was missing. Store clerk was great!!

Works well but poor build qulaity

Design of this selfie stick is average, mine broke after couple of weeks. Mount area is prone to damage when attaching phone or removing it due to bad design and poor build quality.
For 2 weeks, it did work well and I was able to take some nice group photos.
