Bad bad bad customer service @ Greenwood Bestbuy

Best Buy geeks squad customer service was terrible at this location 562 Fry Rd, Greenwood, IN. Got an appointment after 3weeks waiting, drove more than an hour 10 min got late to arrive since in Columbus Best Buy can’t facilitate the service, 10 min late he said he can’t install the device. Got refunded the money and went home. He never said my appointment was canceled until I reached to the location. Really 10min late is that bad for driving almost an hour.

My car keep beeping every min

BB said there is only one store authorized to install it . I saw donut holes in the parking lot . I think theg did that with my new truck. Now system does not work well
