    I initially purchased a similar product made by GE, but that one required a hub, which I thought would be fine because I have a Samsung Smart Things hub and it was listed. That device was very unreliable. The iDevices plug is great!!! Set up was easy, including scheduling. It is very reliable. I can use their app or my apple homekit, which is a bonus. The 2nd plug is nice because it saves me having to use a splitter for a 2nd string of lights. This item is a little pricey, but it is of high quality and it doesn't require a hub.

    This switch is great for adding holiday lights to your smart home. I have used it to automate exterior lights and it integrates with HomeKit.
