Overall good value for a chest freezer of this size. I picked it up for $179, but watch for Best Buy to put it on sale for $149, then it is a very good value for the money.

Not a bad little freezer for the money. The lid has a tendency to get stuck closed sometimes and needs to be popped open.

For the price, great freezer. We looked around at many freezers and ordered this one online for in store pick up. Works Great!!

Haven't had it for very long, but it seems to be working just fine. I use it to keep meat frozen because I feed my dogs raw.

I am a fan of Best Buy and found this freezer on-line. It had all good reviews and was a low price and was the right size for my Mother-n-law's new condo that she downsized to at 82yrs old. I picked it up from the Puyallup store because it was not in stock in Federal Way. It fit perfectly, and hooked it up per instructions. Seemed to be working fine for a week or two. My mom-n-law called because it was suddenly making a strange sound for a bit. I came over and it looked fine, but opened it up and most of the goods were thawed, so it must have been not working for a while. We called the warranty number and they talked us through "resetting" it, which ended up not working. She lost about $200 worth of food. The warranty place said to bring it back to exchange. The positive note is that Best Buy Federal Way (Not location I bought it) took good care of me and we exchanged it for a different brand and they even gave me a discount to make up for some of the lost food. Bad product, but great service,

I've been wanting a deep freezer for some time now. It's absolutely wonderful!

This is a great little freezer for a appartment or a small room. Has lots of space and great rack for stuff up top.

I ORDERED THE FREEZER ONLINE.. AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EXPECTING BASED ON THE ONLINE DESCRIPTION AND PICTURE.

This is allowing me never to be in a rush to go grocery shopping and to be able to have diversified menus. I appreciate being able to be able to freeze food for later use, or having a choice of ice creams. I am going to freeze fresh tomatoes from my garden for later use.

Just got it about a month ago and it is working well. Keeping it on the enclosed patio for now, which should be secure, but I wish it had a lock on the lid

For the sale price of $150, this was a great purchase and I would buy it again!

I was expecting it to be small but it wasn't!! It fit the need for me and my 3 boys especially for the price.

I just needed a little bit more room on my freezer and the Igloo - 5.2 Cu Ft is the perfect size for it.

Cheap and asy to work with plus best buy gives you a variety of choices as delivery pick it up your self .

I love the fact that's it's in the basement and I don't have to go to the garage for the freezer foods!

Great for burgers, fish, vegatables, and also great to store ice for the picnic's during the summer!
