I needed a small freezer to take advantage of meat and frozen vegs sales. The freezer holds quit a bit of food and I just need some more money to stock it properly. Being on a fixed income, I don't think I will have to worry about it breaking down and losing my food investment.

I got the last one-floor model-dented vent- Which ya'll gave me discounts for all of it. The salesman was absolutely AWESOME and the nicest one I've met in the store. He bent over backwards to make sure I got a good deal and was satisfied. I had priced them everywhere.

Very easy to set up (just plug it in). Like the "hanging" basket where you can put the more delicate items (like bread). I adjust the setting to see if it will not be running so often while keeping the food frozen.

Bought this as an open box item. It had a dent in the side, but otherwise was fine. We got a great deal and it has worked perfectly since we bought it! We have limited space, so the size is perfect, it holds quite a bit, but doesn't take up much space.

This is a small freezer, but just the right size for storing extra food that may not fit in the freezer compartment of your everyday unit. Temperature holds very well. Other than having to manually defrost the unit, I find this to be very practical.

I purchased this freezer from the store and brought it straight home to unpack. The freezer was dented pretty good on the bottom by the vent and cord. I have read other reviews saying similar dents and dings were present after it was delivered to their house. I guess best buy really doesn't care about handling with care when it comes to this brand of freezer. I was going to take it back, but I got it on sale and after I plugged it in and let it run for a couple days, it seemed to be working just fine so I figured it wasn't worth the trouble.

Bought this to replaces a similar type of freezer. So far so good. Got the extended warranty so I don't have to worry about any breakdowns for the next few years. It does the job and keeps everything frozen.

This is my second igloo purchase and i should have learned my lesson the first time! First off, their customer service sucks! Second, this chest freezer should be taken off the market! The previous reviews were 100% true! It worked well for a few days then stopped functioning for 2 days then worked, then stopped then worked again! That's when i decided to return it! Didn't bother calling the customer service cause i knew from my 1st purchase that they'll speak to you like you owe them bigtime! If i could give them a 0 instead of 1 star, i totally would

The price was fantastic! The freezer fit in the cargo area of my Jeep with plenty of room to spare. The salesperson at Best Buy was great and my Husband and I went on our merry way with no problems at all.

We purchased this freezer to hold holiday overflow. It is a great size (compact), is easy to use, and holds a lot of food. The only negative is there is no drain plug for defrosting. Great for the $$$!

Set it up and plugged it in. The next morning it was cold and I put some Popsicles, frozen pizzas, etc in. Everything looks to be working fine. Came back from 5 day trip to check freezer and everything is thawed even though the power and compressor running lights are on. Other reviews were hot and cold on this item... Either you get a good one or a lemon. Took a chance, but not trying again... Back to the store it went and bought a GE. The GE has been working fine.

Amazing value for the price, big inside great extra freezer for a small family. Can't find a better price or deal than this. Believe me we looked!

This is a great little unit! We were replacing a large upright freezer and this one fit the bill. I looked at several units, and this one is by far the best constructed one for the price!

I will always recommend it to mod erate-size families for result oriented food preservation.This product is simply awesome in that respect.

This freezer fits in small spaces,works well and takes a short time to reach freezing temperatures.

Easy to bring home. Great to stock up on food and treats for the kids and their friends!! I don't know why I waited to purchase.

if you have to pay a little more if you can afford it i say do not get this freezer. i say buy one that is a little more expensive and better quality also there really werent any sales people in the appliance area because they were concerned about closing the store or maybe i could have gotten advice about a freezer that doesnt leak

Aft 6 mths stopped working Mfg will not credit loss

Recently purchased the freezer. It seems to be very good for the price, but the verdict is still out as to whether or not it will withstand the test of time
