I purchased a chest freezer to build a keezer (kegerator made out of a freezer). It worked out well. Only a couple complaints. Only 2 1/6 bbls would fit in the freezer, and I was hoping to have 2 taps, and 1 extra keg "on ice" for when one of them gets kicked, totaling 3 barrels. The dimensions on the Best Buy site were wrong (happened many times for me, their site isn't great for information) for this item, and the smaller chest freezer, made by Igloo. I would highly recommend going to the store and measuring if you have specific dimensions you require. However, back to the actual product. The freezer works well, is light during transport, and overall a good product. My only complaint was the indication the lowest setting would provide 31-32 degrees, just at freezing. However, when I chose this setting, it was much colder. This caused a problem for me, because I wanted it exactly 31-32 so the beer wouldn't freeze. As a result, I had to use a regulator. This would only affect people using it as I did. For the normal consumer, looking for a chest freezer, great product so far. (Somewhat skeptical about the quality, we'll see how long it lasts).

I had my freezer go out on me and had to make an emergency trip to buy a new one. BestBuy had the best value and I was able to pick it up in store when they opened. It suffices to say that I made a great choice as it's spacious without being too large. It also has different setting. I plugged it in within a few hours of bringing it home (around 3pm) and by the time I went to bed, you could see it forming crystals on the side. That was quick and great since I was in a serious pinch.

I initially thought this freezer was a little small but it was actually perfect. Stays cold and quiet. Highly recommend

We bought this unit to keep frozen meats. It's the perfect size and works perfectly for our needs. Lots of room!

Overall, its exactly what I thought it would be. A slightly smaller freezer for a good price. I've had it about 1.5 months now and no issues as of yet. I have it about 1/4 full and it barely runs from what I see. Its quiet but does have a light to tell you when the compressor is running.

This product is just the right size for a small family. It is easy to move and dose its job

This freezer is perfect for my family of three. I wanted it to keep milk for my son and additional food for my husband and I as I hate to go grocery shopping. it fits plenty of food. The only thing is, I wish it came with more baskets. It was an easy set-up, plug in, set to 4 for 24 hours then make it as cold as you want after that.

Shopped around for a 7.1 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer and Best Buy had the best price by far. I didn't even think this was something that was sold by Best Buy but it is available online on their wedsite. Ships free. Does what it's supposed to do. Great purchase. No complaints Tia far. Quiet operation. Fast Free Shipping.

I love this freezer. It works well for my household. I can now buy frozen pizzas, waffles, meals, etc. when they are on sale and stack them in this freezer. I couldn't buy multiple quantities before because my refrigerator could only hold very few of the large boxes. The freezer keeps everything cold. I purchased a temperature gauge to monitor it. So far no problems.

Our garage refrigerator quit working and we needed a freezer more than refrigeration space. So we did some research and saw the Best Buy had this little freezer and for under $200 you couldn't beat the price. we've had it for a few months now and it's been a great little freezer there's actually quite a bit of room inside of it. I Would definitely buy this one again.

I am truly happy with this freezer. The size is perfect for my standard two car garage. I rarely notice it as it's very quiet and fits perfectly in the small space. I did have to adjust the temperature to assist with initial freezing but have not had a problem since.

I needed a little bigger and then I choose Igloo - 7.1 Cu. Ft. Chest Freezer and I didn't disappoint so far. Very low noise and works pretty great. All I can say is the best 7.1 Cu. Ft. Freezer for the price. You can't beat the deal. But now I’ll see how long it will last because I heard customer service for repair is the worst.

Plenty of storage space. runs quiet and stays cold.

This freezer is very light-weight which made it easy to carry down to our basement. It is just what we needed for extra storage. We purchased it on an open box deal which gave it a lower price than usual. If you don't mind scratch and dent merchandise you can get some great buys that way from Best Buy.

Freezer works great , items freeze quickly. It was a perfect solution to keep overflow of food in basement. Perfect for meats, extra ice pops in summer and more. Makes it easy to store food bought in bulk at BJ's/Costco etc.

I bought this freezer after I took a trip back to my home state and my fridge/freezer did not have enough room for the beef products I brought back. The store I went to did not have this in a new unopened condition so I bought the open box model knowing full well what that entails. I was politely informed that it had a cosmetic defect and that was fine with me since it sits out of the way anyway and that there was nothing mechanically wrong with it. Now that I have had the freezer for two weeks now I can say that it works exceptionally well. It keeps the beef and other products frozen and it does it very quietly, you barely notice the compressor running to freeze the contents. Overall this is a very good freezer if you need extra space and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I also have a geek squad protection plan on the unit as well so if anything does go wrong then I am covered.

Excellent choice for smaller areas and for families or groups that don't need the large capacity. Has lots of room, easy to access and very quiet. Very satisfied.

This compact freezer holds quite a bit of food and dosen't take up a lot of room great for small space and small budget it took only a few hours to get cold and does not run all the time

This freezer is a great size for a 1-2 person household. Big enough to store a season's worth of basic produce and meats, not so big that stuff is easily lost in it. Haven't had it long enough to establish long-term reliability record. Works fine so far, not hard for 2 people (or 1 strong person) to move.
