Easy to setup, easy to use. Pocket clip works better than wrist clip for me. It tracks more movement on the pocket clip such as when I am on a stationary bike, records that movement as step which is better than some other brands. Seems fairly accurate when compared to a plain old step counter. The cost was right for what I needed. Wish it was waterproof. The only negative is it does not track elevation like when I am climbing steps.

I like that this device simply tracks steps, miles and calories. It is all I need to know. I also like that it reminds me to get moving about once an hour. One negative - it is a little difficult to "wake up" the device to check your status at any time.

Not a bad watch. Really like the way it tracks your sleep. Sometimes it is hard to get the time to show when you just want to give it a look. Takes a lot of movement to get display. Nice feature is you can set it to vibrate at any interval when you have no or limited movement.

All this does is say "Rollback and display a number sequence of 1-100. I was hoping for something helpful. I don't normally go for all the techy gadgets but I thought this and the glucose meter would be worth the price. I haven't tried the glucose meter but if it's anything like this I'll be returning it also.

We got this product for my husband for his birthday since it has all the other things to go with it. We tried 3 different watches and non of them would pair with his phone. We contacted the manufacture and they told him that it was a hard ware problem and all we could do was keep trying until we found one that worked. We stopped at 3.

I bought this for my Dad for Fathers Day. He lives two hours away which means I had to mail it to him. This watch will not come on! It continuously says "Roll Back Error". Which I have later found out is a factory defect. I chose this one because my Dad has an IPhone and I assumed it would be more compatible than a Fitbit. I guess I was wrong should have bought the Fitbit instead.

I purchased my iHealth edge last night and brought it home to set up. The device would never "wake up" from the charge screen and it kept giving me a rollback error. After contacting iHealth, they said this is an error that affects a small number of their product and since it is a defective product it should be returned. I will be returning it as soon as possible.

Had to take it back to best buy because I could not figure out how to turn it on. I had it for a week thought I bought a lemon exchanged it hit a new one same problem. Took it back to best buy to see if they knew how to turn it on and they didn't. They said where's the instruction book I gave it to them they followed the instructions and got the same mess I got , nothing. Ultimately I exchanged it again but this time I got a Fitbit.

A simple tap of the watch should display the stats but it doesn't work very well.

The item never did work. I took it out of the box, charged it as stated and then proceeded to try to sync it....nothing. The display did not work at all; so I returned it the next day.

Effectively this device is not a cost effective purchase for the data it captures. Since it really only captures steps and feeds it to an app I could do that with a simple step counter and a pad of paper.

Overall such a neat device when I had it on an android.... but sadly did not work once I switched over to an iphone5s. I did everything possible, updated the device, downloaded the app... but alas, it did not work.

Wanted a watch-like fitness tracker. Check. But the instructions are non existent and online is no help. The sleep function doesn't activate properly. The app is amateurish. So it's good for the steps but I wouldn't buy it again.

I spent 2 hours in the store with three different people trying to get it to work, even after exchanging it for another new one. Neither one would come on and couldn't be synced with my iPhone6. I then spent an additional $75 and got a Fitbit. Nobody in the store knew anything about how to get the iHealth watch to work.
