Works well for individual as well as some beach use. Used this under windy conditions at the beach and it was able to allow me to hear the music without bothering those nearby, or if asked, I could turn up the volume for their hearing pleasure as well. I was careful to keep it partially covered with a heavy towel to keep it out of direct sunlight. Pairs easily with every component I have tried. Anxious to see how long it holds up under intermittent use. The bass sounds even better if you use a cardboard box large enough to allow the passive radiator to bounce the bass back towards the user. I will see how long it can hold up to being used at high volumes for a few hours.

Great product to listen to music or listen to sports commentary, etc. indoors without disturbing others, very portable, or while hanging out outdoors by the poolside (good thing it is water resistant to splashes, etc) or while BBQing with friends. Battery lasts long and charges pretty fast. Got to give it that it sounds pretty for its size.

I bought this speaker to take to the river so we could have music while we rafted. It rained on us and on the speaker, and the music just kept on playing. we definitely tested the weather/water proofness of this speaker. It is also very loud for its size.

I originally bought this speaker so that I could stream Halloween sound effects outside my house. Halloween has since passed and I’ve been using this speaker everywhere. Great sound with an impressive volume range. Goes fairly long on a full charge.

I purchased this for my brother in law who likes to listen to music and is outside working all the time. The speaker produces a great sound and gets very loud, the weather proofing is also great, we had it out in the rain over the 4th of July holiday and it preformed well!

My whole family loves music and this speaker is absolutely perfect from the lights and the way they go with the beat and I must also brag on the base in the speaker is by far the best I've ever had. We love it

Based on the sale price I got this for, thrilled with the purchase. Checks all the boxes. Firstly great sound and good volume. Bass is powerful enough for my tastes. Battery life is great! I like to form factor as it is solid on it's edge and looks like a speaker. The accent lights are nice in slow change mode and not obnoxious or childish. Only thing left will be longevity and if it can survive some light rain which it should.

We needed one for the hot tub area. The sound is generous, and clear enough to hear over the loud jets. It is wireless Bluetooth, and can be controlled from the waterproof buttons on the unit, or from a tablet, phone or computer. Although it is compact, it’s hard to tip over or accidentally slide it off a shelf. The low rectangular shape and wide base create balance. Some weight is added with rubberized edges and a sturdy case.

Sound is loud and clear bass is good So Pest took a good beating because my grandson has dropped it several times and it plays like a charm haven’t dropped it in water supposed to be waterproof although I haven’t tested that yet but I love it very durable I’ve had it for two years I’m trying to get another one it looks like only the small one is available

This is an awesome speaker. For the price you can't beat it. Sounds really good plus it's very rugged. The lights are a nice bonus

The Ihome Weather Tough 4 is exactly what I needed as a graduation gift. Compared to other brands, this one for the budget well. The sound quality is similar and for a fraction of the price. The look of the speaker feels very rugged yet elegant. I like the lighting that goes with the music. It provides just enough vibe to enjoy and liven up the mood without being overly distracting!

I found this bluetooth speaker on sale and decided to give it a try...I was very surprised at how great it sounded....great treble with deep bass...played nice and loud as well...has a rugged case and is highly portable....excellent purchase

Plays good music and syncs with iPhone and other Bluetooth devices in the house. Used it for camping the battery lasted for more than 10 hours. Good quality sound and yes it’s water proof:)

This speaker has amazing sound for 1 speaker. I use it while in my hot tub and it has actually fallen into the water and keeps on playing. Holds a great charge as well

The IHome Bluetooth speaker has great sound, with a few adjustments in the settings of my Samsung S7 Active, I was able to crank up the Bass. It is great for camping, or rocking out in my garage.

This thing is a TANK! 4 years of owning and it's still bumping! Last year, I had left my iHome on the roof of our SUV. We were travelling at about 80mph on the freeway when we hit a dip and it flew off, hitting the ground multiple times while flipping, and ran over by a semi truck. We went back to retrieve it and if still worked and the only damage a missing face cover and a few scratches to the rubber shell. AMAZING!

The sound from this speaker is good quality. The volume gets pretty high and it’s water proof...perfect for the area near our hot tub.

Waterproof, easy to use and connect to via bluetooth. Sounds great for indoor or outdoor and near the pool.

I bought this product mainly to use with my laptop and other Bluetooth devices. The sound quality is great for listening to music, watching Netflix shows, sports events and other streamed TV shows. I like that you can use it while it is charging via the USB. It will announce 'Connected' when you power it up and it connects to a device. The battery charge lasts a long time, I've never actually had it run out even after using it several hours at max volume.
