Customers commend the ease of use, sound quality, and compatibility of the product, citing its portability and effectiveness with various apps and devices. However, some customers find the price to be relatively high for the materials used and express concerns about the durability of the wiring and limited built-in effects. The compact size is frequently praised for its travel-friendliness. Improvements to the cable and effects options are suggested by some users.

I have wanted a way to practice without bothering my wife when playing through an amp. I had a device years ago that could be used with headphones and liked it very much. I find this handy to record with tracks in Garage Band to add my guitar to the mix with ease. It can be used with any instrument with a pickup. I love this thing.the different amp choices and effects are great

A little more pre-work on determining which store had it before heading out on my shopping trip would have helped.

It's okay overall, but I don't want to spend the additional $19.99 to get the more expensive app to get better tones. It is worth the price I paid, but I'm not sure it is something I would use often now that I've used it.

The device has a stereo output, so it works great with headphones for practice. The Fender amplitude ap, was far more limited, so I would recommend using the full Amplitube ap. I tried playing through a Fender AMP - good sound.

I bought the iRig for my husband for Christmas and he was super impressed with how it works. He says the amplifier simulations sound great, but plan on purchasing amplitude and not using the free version.

Got this for $20 and it's a nice easy tool to hook up to guitar and get an amplified sound with just hooking this up to iphone. Sound choices are fairly limited, and sound quality is not great, but for $20 a good buy.

This is a easy to set up and fun to use. Nice that I don't need to wake anyone up when I feel like playing a guitar in the middle of the night.
