The lights never came on, so this was a total waste of money. We did get them on clearance, so that probably explains why!

They only come in one color

Don't be fooled by the box. The red one still glows blue. The difference between the colors is the transparent protective covering around them. As for performance it works fine although seems to have a lot of static pops when in movement. the orientation of the clips seems backwards. The mic works fine for a typical mike. I got mine on sale for ~$20.00 which is average for a headset that performs the same as a $9 one but with a cool cosmetic feature. Just don't get the red one because it is not red and the blue cord glowing through the red look ugly and out of place. The other 2 colors (light blue and dark blue) are fine though.

Terrible, Misleading product

Box says they bounce with the beat of the music, not really. They flash with the music but its rather erratic flashing and doesn't really follow the music (I would think they are suppose to beat with the bass of the music or high pitched beats like normal). Not to mention i had to return this item twice until I got a pair that actually had the lights flash. My wife and I got these for Christmas, I got the red pair and she got the purple pair. Hers worked for the first time but the two pairs of the red color that I returned did not flash with the music. Got a different color instead and they work now but the flashing is still rather erratic. Also, the color you pick is not the color of the light up cord built within the cable, it is always neon blue so don't be fooled by the box. Don't waste your money, save some money and get some nicer earbuds like Bose.

Bought two of these for my kids for Christmas. One works ok, the other will not light up and the battery pack is extremly hot. I'm afraid to let either kid use them now. Pretty cheaply made too for $30 bucks. Skip the novelty of the lights and spend the money on a decent pair.
