I think that this version of The Grinch is one that the whole family can enjoy. The live action version has a more dark vibe to it. This Grinch has a wholesome family feel as well as a bunch of bright colors. As an added bonus, this one is hilarious, and Benedict Cumberbatch brings this character into new light!

Benedict Cumberbach is brilliant as the Grinch. Most remakes are not worth the film it took to make them but this is not one of them. It is a perfect blend of the old and the new. It certainly puts just the right touch on the new Grinch that you need for your Christmas collection. Don’t miss this one, it will keep you laughing.

I am old enough to remember the original version from the late 60's, but this was a very nice version for a new generation

I loved this movie. Yeah it's not Jim Careys version of the grinch but it has it's own twist to it. It's fun for all ages and jokes that all ages can enjoy. The animation was so much fun with all the bright colors and the story line. I just loved it and cant wait to watch it every Christmas and all through the year too!

Binge watching as many holiday movies as possible has become the yearly Christmas tradition for my wife and me. This is a great movie and worthy edition that we’ll look forward to adding to the yearly rotation! The steelbook is very nice. It arrived dent and scratch-free which is always a good thing!! Recommended!

The latest version of Dr. Seuss' "The Grinch" is suitable for the entire family--colorful enough for the littlest ones, intelligent enough for the adults. While totally enjoyable and fun for all, I find Ron Howard's live-action "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" starring Jim Carrey to be the superior film. It's funnier, "meaner," and has better action sequences. The story may be the same, but there's more heart in Ron Howard's version. They're both good enough for a recommendation from me.

Loved it! Saw it when it came out in theaters and forgot how good it was until I picked it up the other day. 10/10 recommend!

I have had mixed feeling about the story line with each new generation of movie, etc. I adored the original book and TV version. I did not like the overstuffed Jim Carrey version as well. So I was not expecting much here. I was surprised. The animation is amazing and fresh visually from beginning to end. It evoked just enough of the original warmth of the classic TV version to watch and own this for the grand children. (Although I watched alone also.)

Great story (of course) but they spent some time on other characters that haven’t been developed before. Such as Max and neighbors of Whoville. It’s an easy watch that stays entertaining throughout the adventure. No real twists from the original but beautiful animated and different enough to make it interesting.

I really enjoyed this movie. It was different than the typical “Grinch” movie which was nice for a change. Not a full on musical with tons of singing and the Grinch actually walked around in town and wasn’t always super mean. Max and Cindy-Lou were also good characters. Great animation and cute revamped story!

Great movie! A little different from the original, but still a great Christmas movie! A fun, festive, family flick. You'll want to add this to your list, Definitely not one to be missed. It's not like Christmas without the Grinch, Get this movie from Best buy, order it online, it's a cinch!

Don’t wait buy it. Great movie for kids and family’s and this remake really pulled it off. I love the original and had high standards. This version of the grinch is fantastic and me and my girlfriend have seen it in theaters 4 times. When we saw this special tin edition was coming out we had to have it.

This has become one of our go to Christmas films. Best telling of the story to date. Looks great in 4k

This by far is the best version of the grinch. You get the feeling he’s bad but in the end you feel like he did actually change. Much more light hearted than the Jim Carey version. Does not contain bad words or suggestive behavior like the Jim Carey version. Must see for the Christmas season.

This is for the 3D version of this movie. The 3D in it is all good, nothing great, no big memorable moments, just good through out. Wish they keep making 3D movies and I commend Illumination Studio's for keeping this format alive, but it can do better. I was hoping the dolby atmos soundtrack might help, but that too falls flat. Had all the potential to be a holiday classic with great sound and 3D visuals to back it up, but sadly, this is not!

Great animated movie my family and I love. The grinch is more popular than santa clause.

Loved the movie, now the kid can watch it anytime she likes with the digital code on our Apple TV
