I bought this case for my Samsung J3 Smartphone and happy with the purchase.

Pleased with the quality this provided without spending a wad of cash.

This case works pretty well...despite it being a very thin in size.

I was so pleased to be able to get a protective case for my Samsung J3 phone. Best Buy was the only place I have been able to find one and it works perfectly. Thanks, Best Buy, for having accessories that are hard to come by.

This was the only case available at the store that was made for this model phone, but it partially covers the camera lens. Fortunately, the phone was bought as a home phone replacement, and the camera will rarely, if ever, be used.

I got these for my kids for their first phines and i am very happy. Its only been a few months, but so far so good. They are perfect beginner phones

they didn't have any at the store to fit the phone. they only had this one for it online. so far it ok, but very thin, if I drop it I'm not sure how much protection it will be.

Sometime it's very hard to get something we are really want for. This one is better than I was expecting.... looks very good quality.

I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy even though I could get products cheaper elsewhere. I got a reminder from Best Buy that said I could keep my points if I purchased something in BB by June 12. I did and guess what? They canceled out my points on June 13th!! To me the cancellation of points on the 13th would verify that 'by June 12' meant I had all day June 12 to buy something. IF as both customer service people I talked to were correct in saying by June 12 really meant BEFORE June 12 then that is the English language word that should have appeared in the email. Since they canceled my points on June 13th I would say that gives more evidence that I was still good till midnight June 12th. Both Michelle #19238 and her supervisor Michael #1793 were no help at all!! Michael said I lost my points last year too so I was to blame for not remembering??!! WOW great customer service. I get Geek Squad coverage but obviously that isn't considered a purchase by Best Buy. A very nice rep in Geek Squad told me that because my Geek Squad protection is only a renewal I get no points. When I held for who the Geek Squad rep sent me to, the call mysteriously dropped TWICE right after I gave my name and phone # !! SO I will be looking for Amazon and Newegg for my purchases in the future. Best Buy use to be the best but their customer service reminds me of a company on its way out.

This product works as described. Great features and was a great bargain compared to other major retailers.

I am enjoying my new phones & otterboxes...I was still using the S3 phone...a dinosaur...lol
