DON'T BUY IF YOU THINK YOU WILL EVER DROP YOUR PHN

Dropped my brand new iphone ONE TIME. Dropped from my waist (I am just over 5 feet for reference) and the back of my iphone SHATTERED. 3 foot drop in a grocery store. That's all it took. The company claims that this iphone can be dropped from 14 feet and not crack. I called Incipio customer service and they truly did not care. They just said yeah we don't offer insurance for those things. These are lab tested. They obviously cannot guarantee every angle of a drop blah blah blah. They offered to replace the case and I laughed and said I would not want a new one as it clearly does not work. I am also very disappointed that Best Buy carries products from irreputable companies. For something that cost me almost $50, I will never buy a cell phone case from Best Buy again.
