Resurgence has a lot to offer when it comes to Sci-Fi movies. Spoiler alert! At the end there's a hint for a third film. In my opinion, the movie could have been much better without some unesecessary added alternative lifestyle scenes that detracted from an otherwise better film

I was a big fan of Independence Day and finally acquired "Part 2." I will say that it started out pretty "ho hum" and "dry" but by the end of the movie had worked its way up to "average." It probably won't stay in my personal DVD library if I can find a place that will take (AND USE) it.

A fun movie if you like sci-fi. Not real deep or profound.

In 4K you'll get more of the effects as if you were there and the sound will have to be kept low so you don't disturb your neighbors with the special effects. A lot of action and some humor added in to keep things on an even balance.

If you love the original movie, you would like the sequel.
