Customers are delighted by the sturdiness and ease of assembly of this TV stand. Many appreciate its attractive, modern design and straightforward setup. A few customers noted that the shelf height may be slightly limited by the support structure. Overall, the positive feedback on its build quality and aesthetics outweighs this minor drawback.

What's up with the stickers?

I really liked the stand. Spending 45 minutes getting the sticker off the glass was ridiculous(with sticker remover). I mean come on guys. Come up with something better. Huge headache! Init can do better than that!

The stand is very sturdy, very clean looking. Black glass looks greats with the cherry legs. Very easy to assemble, clear directions. Cable cut-outs are awesome and keeps all the wires and cables nice and neat. This is a solid stand, would recommend to anyone, plus I bought it at clearance price so it was a great deal.

Very attractive, good price, finish not durable

I had a very hard time finding a stand that would hold a reasonable number of components and was stylish without being overstated. This fit the bill perfectly and was reasonably priced to boot! The cherry-wood finish is attractive and not fake at all.
The unit is stable and sturdy, and was easy to assemble. I have an AV amp, DVD player, Blue Ray player, CD player, Roku player, UVerse box, DirecTV box, and Wii in it and it all fits and looks great (not kidding - I really have all that and a few other bits.)
The only negative is that the finish is getting nicked in a few places from the vacuum cleaner. The piece is attractive and well made, but the finish doesnt appear to be super durable.

Good design but poorly made

I really like the design of this. It does look good once it is put together and it hides the component and power cords very well. My problem is with the way it was made in China. I put this together by my self and completed it, but it was not as easy as it should have been. The problem for me was that it did not fit together properly and I had to really struggle to get it to fit together. This might have been a bit easier with some help. One locking part of it even broke off because it was about a centimeter in measurement off from where it should have been. I am a handy person so I was able to make it work. Somebody who is not handy might have more trouble. Also, when it was all put together I noticed that the two lower shelfs are not exactly centered. I was able to center the lower glass shelf but the middle one has a hole in it to lock it into place that is not in the center. You have to look closely to notice but I think for the money you pay it should be centered. Most of the stickers come off very easily, but one is tough. I took my time with it pealing extremely slowly and carefully and got it all of in one piece.
Over all I am happy with the look but would not recommend this to a friends because of the problems I had with it. If you do get this I suggest you have a friend help you put it together.

Sturdy shelving unit, easy assembly

Unit is fairly heavy with 3 glass shelves, but assembly can be done by one person. I assembled the unit in about 30 minutes. Placement of rubber bumpers under the glass shelves could have been more clear. Support shelves under the glass shelves did cut down on shelf height.
Unit looks very nice once completed.

Excellent TV Stand that looks great

We didn't want a cheapo particle board thing. Guess what, this is mostly glass - and the wood in few places looks to be of high quality. It fits my 58" plasma TV very nicely - the whole setup looks like really nice with black glass with black border on the TV.
Setup wasn't bad. The fit wasn't the greatest - but once you understood how the shelves etc. locked in place, it seemed easy. I had picked it up for around $150 on a BF sale. For that price, the quality / finish of this unit can't be beat. For $250, I would probably hesitate a bit but if you have to get something in a hurry, this is really nice.

I looked at different stores to see their choices for tv stands when I purchased my 55" Sony. None were adequate size-wise, price-wise and appearance-wise. I ended up back at the Best Buy store to see and purchase exactly what I needed to start with. Great looking, sturdy tv stand that can handle not only the tv, but the home theater speakers, the blu-ray player and the cable box with plenty of room to spare for any additional devices I might add. The smoky glass is very cool and adds to the 'look' of the new system. We've gotten numerous compliments on the set-up. Easy to move and clean and all at a price lower than all the other so-called bargain shopping centers.

Its a great modern design with a beautiful cherry wood finish. The tempered glass gives it a very pro/sleek look. It is easy to put together and is very durable. It is a shame that Init does not make bookshelves to match this beauty.

I chuckled when I read "setup in 15 minutes" but they were right. The stand unfolds and you lock it into place with thumb screws. No tools needed. The wood look is really nice. I have a 58" Pana and it looks great on this stand. The cable management is pretty good too. I was looking at a few cheaper stands but the setup was more involved and one even required gluing the wood trim pieces to the frame. The quick setup and great looks were worth the extra $ to me.

Love This Stand

Finally got a flat screen that we mounted on the wall. Put this stand under it and it holds everything beautifully. Looks VERY rich. Love it. Only draw back is that the braces for the shelves kind of get in the way of tall components around the edges. You have to put the taller items like stereo and speakers right in the middle for height. I would purchase again. Very sturdy and easy to assemble! Took about 20 minutes. Love it.

Idiotic stickers on top glass panel

Overall relatively easy set up. Nice looking, VERY heavy with all the glass panels. Fits our new 50 " well. When I was finished set up I went to remove the stickers on the glass panels and was beyond frustrated with the idiotic placement. On the top panel of the glass is a product sticker with some set up instructions but it isnt made of the same material as the other stickers on the panels that peel right now, this is full adhesive and does not come off. Spent 3 x what it took to setup just to remove this stupid sticker trying not to damage the glass panel.

I purchased this stand for a Panasonic 58" plasma flatscreen and couldn't be happier. Plenty of room for all of my additional components and easy pass through access for cables and plugs. Although it may be inexpensive it certainly doesn't look it or perform as such. Speaking of looks it has a very contemporary sense of style and nothing about comes off as cheap or ill fitting, you definitely won't be disappointed.....

Elegant TV stand

The unit is very easy to setup. It feels sturdy and looks great. The slim width allows the unit to blend into the room, instead of dominating it. Wiring the electronics is very easy with the open back, and the unit does a good job of hiding the wires behind the black grate. The black glass exactly matched the black face of the Samsung Plasma that was placed on it. The only minor complaint is that the glass is dust magnet - keep a dust rag handy. Otherwise, outstanding product.

15 minutes to assemble / no tools required

I have looked and looked for a component center that will accomodate a 58" Plasma and my separate pre and power amps. This is it. The unit is really well designed, easy to assemble (the entire metal frame hinges and is held in place by thumb screws / it really is 15 minutes to assemble after it's unpacked). The laminated wood front is a load bearing part of the frame, not just a flimsy decorative ornament, so it's industrial strength and understated elegance at the same time. Which matches my personality. :-) I gave it a good on component fit only because my power amp had to go on the top shelf to fit, unless you have 1500 watt separate power amp this isn't going to be an issue for you. (Tip): The wood front is a little dark and mat so I used some lemon oil and 0000 steel wool to give it a lighter rosewood look. It accents my Bowers and Wilkens rosewood center speaker beautifully.

It was easy to assemble. It will take two people, the glass is heavy. Looks like a nice warm piece of furniture, not a cold dull gray blob like are last one.

I had to buy a stand for all of my components to match my dark hardwood floors and this worked perfect! It took me less than an hour to set up...which, it might've taken less than 20 mins if I hadn't been watching a movie at the same time! It's really sturdy and it looks great in my living room! I recommend this for anyone needing to match up with hardwood furniture.

The perfect stand for your 55" LED TV

I bought a new 55" LED TV and was looking around for a stand. This Init 58" TV stand was just what I was looking for. It looks very durable with it's steel frame and thick heavy glass. There is a nice cherry stained wood front to give it a "classy" look. Easy to assemble. The notation says it can hold up to 300 lbs. Though a 55" LEDs nowadays are only around 60 lbs. Great stand... I love it!

THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE WITH THIS TABLE IS THAT IT HAD A SMALL SPLIT IN THE WOOD WHERE IT WAS PARTIALLY ASSEMBLED IN THE FACTORY, AND WE DID NOT NOTICE IT TILL WE ALREADY HAD THE PRODUCT OUT OF THE BOX AND ALMOST ASSEMBLIED. IT STILL IS STURDY AND DOES NOT SEEM TO BE SPLITTING ANYMORE NOW THAT THE TV IS ON IT.

I bought it home and it blends very well with my new Sony 58" LCD TV in my livining room. Very sturdy and nice fit. It tooks me 10 minutes to assemble and no doubt it is the best stand I ever bought. I recommend my neighbor to get one and she really loves it.
