These are the best quality scooters for the money. Built from solid aluminum. The individual components all seem to be of good quality and easy to maintain. The battery may last longer than rated from the riding I have done so far.

A good scooter, well built, lower to the ground so it’s easy to ride, wide deck is great, thumb accelerator is a bit lose or not built well, the brake cable and accelerator cable came tangled up out of the box so I had to loosen the brake lever and fully rotate it and it fixed the problem , I own multiple brand scooters including the unagi model one dual motor, I weigh 170lbs I will say overall quality , performance and safety inokim light is the best scooter out there specially if you buy it on a sale price , I would recommend this scooter specially for beginners , because my 8 year old nephew can ride it better and safely compared to his little kids scooter, we end up returning his kids scooter and now he rides the inokim light scooter all the time, so easy to balance and ride.

Its a terrific ride & fun. The only thing, its a little too low when eay off sidewalks ...! I preferr a higher built scooter ....

Works great and allows me to keep up with my kids on their scooter since I weight quite a bit more than they do.

There was a "clicking" sound in the front wheel mechanism and some other minor issues that indicated Best Buy Sent an "Open Box" product. I called the manufacturer and was told that they had been some claims with the front wheel "clicking". They sent a pre-paid mailing label for returning the defective product and said they would send a new scooter to us. Seems like a nice company to deal with so far. Best Buy gets a 4-star rating because any open box resale should be disclosed to the customer.

The product is very bad, it cannot be folded, the battery lasts very little and I did not use it for two days and the tire was ruined

I'm a 60 year old grandma that loves my blue scooter. I purchased it to ride with my grandsons. I had trouble folding it at first , but watched a video. Love it!!
