    great cable, have had it for a year or so, and still going strong, in a wet, humid, lab environment. The price is a bit steep compared to cheaper online options, but well worth it.

    I am using this cable to connect a PC to a Kantronics TNC for an amateur radio packet station. If I could improve it at all i would make it a bit longer than 1,3 ft.

    I have an older USB to Serial adapter that has no Win10 drivers. I purchased this open box and it works great and was $6 off the regular price. Excellent deal!

    Very easy to use. Just plug it in and away you go. The computer automatically downloads the drivers and you can also access the Insignia website for help.

    This adapter works perfectly. Initially had issues setting up on Windows 7 with proper drivers. Did finally find the correct drivers on Insignia's support site.

    Ran into an issue with needing to cut over on a new network. This is a requirement when making a lot of changes on Cisco routers. I couldn't beleive Best Buy sells these.

    its a good adapter for what you need, disappointed that it does not come with a disk especially when your network will not allow you to connect to the net to get the drivers
