Really too short

Your computer has to be positioned right next to the RS233 port of whatever you are working on. No other length was available to buy.

Fortunately this cable worked like a charm and I was able to hook it up to a USB port with no problems!

Good for legacy devices

Its nice to see Best Buy carrying something like this in their bricks and mortar locations.

RS-232

Drivers are down loadable and if using on Windows 7 or newer, you should already have the drivers installed.

Good Cable, Windows 10 compatibility

Windows 10 update device and install drivers just as indicated in the included manual.

Adapter works like it's supposed to

The standard printer port on my vinyl cutter went out and I needed an adapter to connect to my laptop via USB. I didn't notice any more lag time vs. the original cable. I'm just glad my local BB had this in stock.
