Your computer has to be positioned right next to the RS233 port of whatever you are working on. No other length was available to buy.

I would recommend to anyone working on cash registers. I got a used on and it even looked new. Thanks db9

Fortunately this cable worked like a charm and I was able to hook it up to a USB port with no problems!

Its nice to see Best Buy carrying something like this in their bricks and mortar locations.
