    I needed this cable to attach an older device to my laptop but I have no idea whether it worked or not. The program I was using required a much slower baud rate that USB operates on and I couldn’t find a way to adjust the rate of the USB port so I was unable to use it. And due to Best Buy’s ridiculous 15 day return policy, it’s too late to return.
