Modem control signals don't work quite right

Since I was using it with an older device that required these signals it didn't work so I returned it.

I suspect that all serial-to-usb systems have a hard time working with legacy hardware at some point. It was a wasted $20 but we're keeping it just in case we are able to find a piece of legacy hardware that we're able to use with it. Also, the drivers sucked.
