When I went to the store to return the item - in PERFECT condition, was told I could NOT have a refund. This is even though I bought the item using my credit card. Some random time frame was the excuse. Well I took a lot of time trying to see if the adaptor cord would work for my equipment. It did not. The manager was very unhelpful at the Davenport Store. I will NOT be there again except that I was FORCED to get a gift card instead of the return. What a bunch of crap. I will use the gift card and then not walk the doors ever again. Bye bye
