Needs More Baskets

The cavity is quite deep so you have to dive in to dig through. I wanted two more baskets, and I got the run-around. That is the only reason for taking away two stars. After several phone calls (Best Buy says call the maker. The maker says call Best Buy), I finally gave up. I am still trying to find some third-party baskets that are 20" long. If I find them, this would definitely be a five-star freezer.

Does its job

Great for Big Game and Freezer Overflow

Great freezer

Good Little Freezer

The only disappointing thing about it is that it has condensate in the middle of the left side. I know that within a year this will begin to rust.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's in the market. Save the money and buy Insignia, it's every bit as good as the more expensive brands.
