Great freezer keeps everything very cold and energy efficient

Easy to unpack. Added plus that it easily fit in the back of a 2019 CRV with rear seats flat for transport. Works great!

It is a nice size and was a good value. Price was a good sale price for garage ready freezer.

Better than expected!!!!! When it arrives package had to be unboxed outside due to door size. But fit easily through door frame after unboxing.

We wanted a chest freezer that wasn't either too large or too small. This one fit the bill. So far, it is freezing well as it sits in our garage(in hot Texas). We will be glad to see if it continues over the next bunch of years.

Although the"insignia" brand isn't well known, it ranks up there with all the better known brands. Also have an insignia t.v. over 12 yrs old that is still going strong!!!

I do recommend this freezer for every household its so good and affordable too

Works good for the price, freezer came damaged 3 times when i finally gave up and kept the third one that only had a small ding on the front and Best Buy gave me compensation for the damage.

We own 3 different sizes of theses freezers, and I would 5 stars to all 3 of them. All 3 bought from Best Buy at different times. They truly are the "Best Buy" for the quality.

We love our freezer. Best Buy delivered, set-up and hauled away trash. I did buy some milk crates to keep the foods separated inside.

we purchased and had delivered a 10 cu ft chest freezer and had our old 15 cu ft removed. Everything went as planned and the two very strong young men did a great job.

We bought this because a smaller chest freezer stopped working a week after moving into a new apartment. Turns out that the outlet on the patio shares a gfci with the bathroom on the otherside of the house. Didn't return the freezer, I liked it.
