DO NOT BUY

DO NOT buy this freezer. It broke within a month and ruined all my breast milk that I have pumped for months for our baby who just got out of the icu for open heart surgery.

Compressor Issue

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT RECOMMEND: I bought this at the start of 2024 as my wife was breastfeeding/pumping and we needed the extra room to store extra milk. I bought this one because it was on sale and all the recent reviews were positive. Making me think the issues from negative reviews had been fixed. Mid February she noted the freezer not as cold and frozen items thawing. Went back and read reviews and found someone else had the same issue and had to do the classic “turn it off, turn it on” to restart the compressor to cool the unit. I made it 3 months before having to do this the first time, I made it about 3 weeks before I had to do it again. Of course I can’t return it now so I have to jump through the warranty hoops of getting it exchanged or a new compressor. BEWARE.

Damaged goods

It is supposed to be replaced when the same one is available in the Duluth,mn store but no one has contacted us. It run fine but we want the replacement.
