The real problem is when we got home and began to unbox the freezer and found multiple unsightly dents on the corners and rear of freezer. Store should have unboxed it before loading it in my truck. With that being said we contacted the store and complained about the condition of the freezer, never got an apology from salesperson . We definitely are not satisfied with our purchase. We feel like we got a used product instead of a new one. This was our first major appliance purchase and will be the last time we do so from Best Buy. This is the third time I tried to submit a review, the last one I included several pictures but it seems useless in doing so.
