Too Deep…although a decent size, because of it being a chest, items get neared & you can’t find items as easily. Looking to get rid of it ‘ get an upright. I don’t recommend..

Freezer is great, although ours came without a handle. Only option was to return for exchange or take a small discount. Couldn't ship a handle to us. Not convenient to return. Using without a handle, so just have to be careful opening.

It has a dent in the front right bottom corner.The door seal is not on correct allowing ice to build up on the inside door seal. It needs to be fixed.

This freezer seems to have sealing issues. Within one day we have about an inch of ice on the back corners.

After 3 months, the power on indicator light stopped working. Since the freezer has a one year parts and labor warranty, I contacted Best Buy to get the light repaired. Best Buy said that I would have to take the freezer to the store to get it repaired. How can one possibly do with with a freezer that is full of food?!?!

I ordered the freezer via phone. I told the rep thst I needed a small freezer and thst it needed to be frost free. He told me about this one, snd when I asked if he was certain it was frost free, he put me on hold to check. He came back in the line and assured me it was frost free, so I ordered it. Frost began appearing on the third day. I had them haul my old freezer away and put the food from the old to the new. So I’m stuck with this unless I want to go thru the hassle of having them come and get this one, ordering another (they don’t have a frost free of this size, at any price, as it turned out), emptying this freezer before another is delivered—in a non-air conditioned garage in the current Texas heatwave.
The delivery guys were nice.
