Slight damage on drop off

Overall great item. However, was delivered with damage to outside. Was identified by the driver/delivery guy upon removing the box while on the truck. Was supposed to hear from Best Buy the following day. Never did and it’s going on day 5.

I waited for 1 and 1/2 months for the chest freezer to be delivered.On the delivery day they called me and rescheduled it to a week and a day later which was very disappointing and inconvenient for me.Delivery shouldn’t be that long!!

item was purchased new. when we upacked it 2 legs were missing. Called the store and was told the only thing I could do is to bring the freezer back and exchange for another one - and they are out of stock. Asked if the 2 legs could be ordered - was told no. purchased GEEK protection - this only applies to break downs, not missing pieces.
