We also went to H.O. and purchased 3 closetmaid model 1088 baskets to place on the left hand side of the freezer for storage convenience. All we have to do now is go and get a side of beef, have it cut and trimmed to steaks and we're good to go!

Soft buzzing noise
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cons: Makes an annoying, high-pitched (but low volume) buzzing noise when running. Fortunately, once it cools down, it doesn't have to run much. It's quiet enough it might not bother some people, especially if you don't hear high frequencies well, or it's out in a garage/away from living and sleeping areas. Also, the tension on the door hinges seems off. It flies up once the door is open a bit. Pros: Seems to work well. I like that it is "garage ready" and will keep things frozen up to 48 hrs. in a power outage. Certainly is a much more reasonable price than most of what's out there these days.
