Freezer was damaged out of the box. Seems to work well but only had it a month. Very disappointed i. CS as explained issue with damage to sever reps i could barely understand. Only thi g they offere was 10% refund as i didnt have time to wait for replacement to show up in store 2 hours away and go get it. Was also told different things by each different agent. Probably will not use best buy again

Too easy to accidentally turn off w/o realizing

This freezer generally does what it's supposed to do. BUT. That dial on the lower right front that adjusts the temperature also lets you turn it all the way off (why does a freezer need an off switch??) and it's extremely difficult to tell which way the dial is pointing - there's just a tiny notch on one end of it. AND the power light stays on even when the freezer is off. So somehow, I or someone in my household thought they were adjusting the temp to medium, but actually turned the whole thing off. I didn't realize it until probably 10 days later. This freezer seemed like a good deal, but it certainly doesn't feel that way after throwing away a couple hundred dollars worth of food. I'm so upset right now.

I just have and purchased this 10.2 freezer a week ago and it doesn't freezer. It run like a fridge not a freezer. It has to to on maximum temperature to freezer foods and it take one day. If you put it on normal or mid temperature it will cool but not freeze. I contacted customer service and been back in forth with a guy, basically it a play game. If you want a fridge go for it, you will get want you pay for. If you want something that works properly like a freezer stay away from this brand. It is a waste of money.

I purchased same product but 7.0 Cu Ft. I wrote a positive review after a month of using it, then it all of sudden stopped working after 5month. and Funny thing is that best buy wont let me re-write or add comment on the positive review I already wrote. Anyways, so freezer just stopped working after 5months, and hundred dollars worth food was wasted, and best buy wont cover the food I wasted. I mean, its freezer, people buy freezer to store food. And people dont expect a brand new freezer to all of sudden stop working after 5month. But best buy wont give me refund for the freezer, they will just call in-home service, and wont pay me a penny for all the food I wasted trusting my new freezer. The whole point of buying a `freezer' is to keep food safe but BB wont do anything when food were wasted because of their defected `freezer'

Bought this freezer in August of last year. I didnt start using it until probably october. Had it stocked with meat.worked good for a while.In April i opened it all meat was thoughed out. Freezer was only getting down to 45. I caught it just in time.I had a 3 year warranty. Apparently no one can fix it or has parts for it. No one will even look at it. So now i have to drove 50 miles out of my way to bring it back for exchange. They wont even refund money. Horrible customer service

My freezer was scheduled for delivery on Monday. Best Buy rescheduled for Wednesday, 7am to 7pm, it’s now 10:06 pm, no call, no cancellation, no nothing! Absolutely horrible service to paying customers. Product might be great if it ever arrives. Where is management? They should reimburse me and give me the freezer for free at this point. Especially, with all of the food I’ve lost given their failure to meet their commitments. Sad!

I bought this freezer to store a 1/2 a cow. It did have a small dent in the front but that did not matter to me. I bought it at the beginning of July 2018. It is now 8/2/18 and I opened the freezer to find everything thawed. I just lost over $1000.00 because the freezer stopped freezing. I haven't even had this a month. So upset. DO NOT BUY IT.

Cheap freezer that is too good to be true. I bought this a little over a year ago and it has now officially ruined the food in it twice now. It randomly will not work. It did it once while still under warranty. Thought it was a fluke so unplugged it and restarted the freezer and all was well. Till tonight when I walked out there and all of our food is ruined. Way to go Best Buy!
