I've had great experience with it so far. I have had upright freezers which i love but do not need anymore so this is perfect for our family of 2 and sometimes 5. i can store anything I need. Price was great.

Sales associate knowledgeable about product. Other than an appliance store Best Buy is the place to go for all your needs. Only thing was and I was told when I bought it, it is not frost free.
