Excellent shredder. It is quiet and shreds great. I read reviews about how you can put the entire envelope of junk mail items with no problem and they are right. It works like a charm. Well made, shredder, like the feature of the switch in back to turn on, then shred. Highly recommend.

Excellent product. Easy to use although the area where the paper to be shredded could be bigger, making it easier to insert the paper. Very quiet, large capacity in the shred bucket, and good for shredding up to 10 sheets at a time, saving time. I feel I made a really good choice in purchasing this shredder. My 100 year old aunt does my shredding and she loves it. I recommend it without hesitation. And so does she!

It does what needs to do, just like any other shredder. It overheated the first time after maybe 10 minutes of non stop paper. And thats ok, this shredder is not desing for on going paper. When overheated, it wount allow you to insert more paper, just give it maybe 2 or 3 minutes and shredd you go again. Overrall I'm happy with the purchase, we use at home.

This shredder is indeed a welcome addition to our home workspace. Efficient and compact..shreds paper to a perfect confetti like substance.

Love this product - I wore out the first one with business use but it lasted 5 years so I am very haooy with the oroduct. As long as you don't get 'stupid' and run it non stop for over an hour this is an aweaome shreader

Excellent shredder for my office. It is so quiet and fast shredding. If I could only figure out how to keep it ready to shred. I always have to push the on button

GREAT, I got this one to replace an older insignia one that last for 6 years, and I have to say this one is better. Better design snd better working. I did allot of grinding/shredding and it handled it easily with no over heating and I even did 8 pages at once and it smoked it. It is also great for security purchases, it cuts the paper up into little confetti like pieces. My highest recommendation.

Love how it shreds, didn't realize it had wheels until I started to shred and found the pouch inside. now it's mobile. quiet shredder and like how large capacity it is compared to and older one I had before we purchased this one.

Good quality, does not overheat. I’ve used it to shred yrs of old documents and still working well. It does feed paper slower than others I have used.

The shredder is quiet and holds a lot of paper. I have nit had to empty the drawer since i received it.

This really worked well in the beginning. After multiple uses with a significant amount of shredding it started pulsing instead of a constant pull. I returned for warranty and was given a new one.

So far I've shredded about a half of a "banker's box" full of 24 lb. ink jet paper without any problem of over heating or jamming. I was careful not put more than about three or four sheets in at a time, but it went on shredding longer than I was willing to sit and stuff the sheets in. Also holds a lot of paper at one time and completely obliterates it as well. I'd add that the clerk and floor employees were very helpful when I was searching for for this item.

Shredder does an excellent job. Easy to use and since it Microcuts, the volume of shredded paper is way less than my older shredder.

This shedder is powerful and easy to operate and it stores well and looks good in my office

We've been needing a new shredder for some time. We chose this model because of the features, the ability to roll, front pull out drawer to empty the material and the fact most all of the reviews were favorable. I did try to shred one credit card and wouldn't try it again. But it shreds quickly and without too much noise. We like it.
