Transfer quandary -between Apple phone and Samaung

Connectin my old iPhone to my new Samsung, so we could transfer the memory from the Apple to the new phone. Easy - Just plug it in and let the two discuss how to organize the transfer. But, they don’t seem to work well. It is like they have a mind of their own, they work sometimes and don’t work sometimes. This cord is nice and charges my phone super fast

It gives me some extra mobility when I’m trying to use my phone and charge it at the same time. Charges just as fast as any other charger in combination with any good charger plug. Overall i think this item is perfect and highly recommend it.
