So far, I have really enjoyed having this device. It's perfect when working at my desk. It allows me to view messages on my phone while charging and I've enjoyed this charger so much, that I ended up purchasing two. The only issue that I have encountered is my iPhone XR and the charging station did not seem compatible at first. The phone and the charger would be very warm to the touch. However, after a quick phone restart, I have not experienced this issue any further. I can only speculate that the wireless charging capabilities of the iPhone just needed the reset to work properly with this charging stand. If you are looking for a phone charging solution to use when working at your desk (and on the table beside your recliner, as I do), this seems to be of good value and quality for the purchase price.

Super convenient, it’s awesome being able to set my phone in the dock and know it’s charging without having to make sure it’s lined up. Only downsized is the cord to the wall is a little short but I had a longer one handy. Overall great product for the price

Love how it doesn't take much space. it's sleek and compact at the same time. It charges my iPhone very quickly and the response time of the wireless connection is fast. No lag or delay and it doesn't get hot while charging. Would definitely recommend to others!

This works very well for me! Currently I have a Samsung Galaxy S* Active phone and due to my schedule and having to plug-in and unplug my phone many-multiple times a day it was "tiring" doing that over-and-over again! All I do now is set my phone on this and it begins to charge. Also it works great for my business as I make many phone calls and can essentially leave the phone on the charger and make those calls putting the phone of speaker (: I can perform other functions without removing the phone from the charger AND because it sits in the upright position I can keep an eye on messages coming in or calls to determine whether I want to answer them or not or how critical I need to respond to a text message.

I have tried numerous wireless chargers hoping they would charge the IPhone 12 Pro with an Otterbox Defender case, and NONE of them would. I even bought the overpriced Otterbox Defender XT case that's supposed to work with wireless chargers and it would not even work. It was hit and miss and would go in and out of charging mode. I then bought this charger, and BAAM. It worked perfectly on the IPhone 12 Pro with the traditional Otterbox Defender Pro case. These are really nice chargers, and I love how it faces you. It allows you to read, scroll, etc while your phone is charging. Excellent buy!!

Does what it's supposed to. Works well with my samsung galaxy. Removed 1 Star because cord is very short. Overall great value for the price.

No complaints. Nice charger at a great price. I have been using consistently for about 3 weeks. Charges at an adequate speed and doesn’t get hot.

Got this supper cheap, I can see it being very useful , charging while holding phone up to use , I actually bought another a day later, and might end up getting myself one other 2 for daughters

Worked great for a while. I am not sure why? When I first got this it was awesome. It charges both apple and android. But after 6 months it seems like it takes longer for charging. The design is great tho. It holds the phone at a decent angle while charging.

This works great for the price and the fact your phone can also be landscape and still charge is a bonus. I do wish the cord was a little bit longer but it will do for my needs.

I like using this on my desk at work to see my phone screen while its charging. Fast charges both iphones and android devices and fits into most desks looks.

Excellent value. Does the job. It sits on my desk and ensures my phone, which is heavily used, can be charged while I can see the screen while I work at my computer.

Works great and charges phone quickly. Can use with both my iPhone and my husbands Samsung as well. Cheaper than most wireless chargers and works great. Highly recommend.

Nice product and reasonably priced. the 10W allows you to charge without removing the phones protective case. Easy to set up and use.

Charges very well, and fast... It easily fits my Samsung S10 with it's Otterbox case on and detects and charges it with no problems. The only thing I would change is the weight of the charging cradle. It is very light, and thus prone to not stay put when you place or remove a phone, or when it's USB cable is touched.

Works great for the S20 FE cellphone. Cordless charging charges fast. Does not get hot like some others. Convenient stand.

This was an excellent purchase. Based on the reviews, I was not sure if this wireless charge would be a good purchase. I purchased two and so far, and they both have been working better than expected. Charging is not super fast but fast considering the 10w Qi. It is very easy to maintain/clean and can be taking anywhere there's an outlet to charge. Very good deal.

Great size and nice viewing angle--very convenient when you want to keep your phone on charge and simultaneously watch something hands-free (or do something one-handed). Charges my iPhone SE 2 and iPhone 13 mini just fine. It charges slower than a USB charger (which is to be expected). I have had no problems with it after using it for about a year now. Planning to buy one more for a family member.

This Insignia wireless phone stand is surprisingly great. I charge both my Iphone X and Iphone 12 Pro Max on it. It charges slower than when using a charging cord but that is pretty normal and one of the cons of wireless charging I guess. I notice that my iphone also do not heat up compared to when I was using those previous round Insignia wireless chargers. The stand is really convenient because I can just place my phone on it facing me when I am working on my desk. The only issue is when I charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max I have to place it sideways or on landscape position in order for it to engage to the wireless charging. I’ve tried putting my 12 pro max in a standing position and it really won’t charge this way. Hence, you may reconsider buying this if you own an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I kept this charger anyway because it was on sale and I really like the stand.
