Rude employees, no explanation of why we needed an "appointment" to even ask a question of an employee, what the heck is this? Don't you know that Amazon is taking all your market share? You should be treating us in person customers like gold! The fact that we're even willing to risk our health to visit your store is all the more reason to treat us with respect. The only reason I went in to your pathetic store was because I needed these cords immediately. If I could give you negative 1 star I would. I will never buy from Best Buy again!
