I needed an extension for my printer USB cable because I moved and the new setup put the printer further from my PC than the original cord would reach. I tried a couple different stores, but they only sold a long USB cable. I needed an extension because the connection to my printer would be very difficult to remove. It finally dawned on me that I should try my old favorite store! Best Buy! I'm totally satisfied with the cord & noticed the store in Port Richey has a LOT more than I expected! They not only have phone/computer goods, but also cool TV's. I will definitely return to this store!

Needed this to rearrange the living room so I could consolidate my little office area and have the printer close by, especially for scanning, instead of across the room. Unfortunately, I couldn't move my router, since out TV, phone, and internet share the same modem and that had to stay in its location or spend more money on other, more expensive cables. Excellent solution!!

I needed this cable to extend my racing wheel to where i was sitting. I didnt feel like waiting for shipping from Amazon and wanted to play now (I know you know the feeling). A bit pricey but it's a solid cable. Nice that best buy had something like this in stock as its getting harder to find specialty cables in physical stores.

I bought this to connect a work scanner to my pc. My desk was already congested with other gadgets which meant I had to use an extra long connector. This has been truly effective and quite a simple fix. Was looking for a 14 ft but 12ft was just as good. Never had to use up the entire length even. Works Great....

I have been using this extension cable on an old tablet that the battery no longer stays charged on. This cable works great. It allows me to sit in my chair and use my tablet for hours at a time while being plugged into a wall outlet 6 feet away.

Extension cable fit perfectly to provide the length I needed to move to different areas of my den while using my iPad for an extended time. Keeping the iPad charged as I work is a plus for many activities. 12 inches matters.

I use this with the Logitech long-range wireless keyboard and mouse. I needed the dongle to make it around the corner for the signal to reach. Works excellent. Dongle fits solid and not loosely.

I STILL use this extender occasionally. OK, the world is moving to USB 3.0 but the majority of installed gear is still using USB 2.0 and anyhow the 3.0 gear is backwards compatible too. If you have a peripheral device stationed (for whatever reason) more than about 6 feet away from your computer, and it doesn't use wireless, or you don't want to fiddle with wireless, you're going to need an extender USB cable. Here it is! Twelve feet ought to solve your problem!

Wanted to be able to move tower out for cleaning. This cord did the trick. Is now connected to shorter corded accessories. Makes cleaning easier and works great!

This USB extention cable is high quality and has been working very well for about a month. I predict having to replace all my other out dated components at some point and just be left with this Extension Cable. Make sure to order the correct item with the Male- to-A- Female. There are so many combinations out there.
