Needed this for a DVD player I purchased at a second hand store that didn't have the charging cord. Tried a couple different stores and none of them worked. Went to Best Buy and got help right away. Works great and the bonus is I can use it on other items as well because it has different attachments. Highly recommend this product!

I am a repeat customer. I have used my last adapter for two years for a device that I have had for six years and I have just recently needed to replace it. The attachments have fits multiple devices. A great and affordable investment all around.

Fantastic value and quality product for the price paid and just as good, if not better, than higher priced universal adapters. In addition, the additional tips provided allows you to use this adapter on a multitude of different products.

For the price, you get multiple adapters that should fit most older devices that still use this cylindrical plug-in method. Also, on the actual wall plug is a dial to change the voltage, depending on what the device needs, which greatly expands the usefulness/reusability of this product. This item was so handy, I ended up buying another one.

The product was good quality. Was reasonably priced. Glad it had many adapters.

There seems to be a tip for any device you could have. Best part is that it doesn't create static on my radio like the cheap mail order adapter.

When i visit this location the front assiciated jumped back when i was in front of him explaining to him the item that i was looking for this happen when i first walked in the store i inderstand about covid 19 but i felt like he did because of being a black female because i notice when leaving the store he was having a conversation with a white couple and didnt act like he did with me nevertheless the young man that helped me with the item that i did purchase didnt have no kind of issue he was very perfessional and help with the item that i was looking for with him i had my mask on as i did when i first came in the store I ignored the situation until i received the email thats when i went on and explain my visit I have not yet return to this store abd dont think i will I do need another item like i purchase previously but i will go to another location

I purchased this adapter to replace one I lost. Much cheaper than buying an OEM replacement. Works great and allows the flexibility to work with a number of devices.

Our router suddenly died while I was replacing the modem. I took it back to Best Buy to get rid of but took it to the geek squad first to see if there was something that could be easily fixed. The geek checked it and found the whole problem was with the ac adapter so he picked out this one. I love the versatility. When the router eventually dies, the adapter can be used for pretty much any other electrical item needing an adapter.

It is a great value for the price! I was having such a hard time trying to find an adapter to charge my drill. I went to Best Buy in Low and behold there was one with so many different size and shapes in one adapter, and the price was great!

I used this for a fireplace. My old adapter went dead so I needed a specific size and this worked great. It had every size that you could think of. Great price.

My husband thought our DVD was kaput. Actually, I was using a plug- in for my hand vacuum cleaner. It was 3v. Asiante at Best Buy told me the DVD needed a 12v adapter. Within minutes Asiante had my DVD up and running. Now we can re-charge the DVD. There is peace at home.

I had left home with my Satellite radio receiver for my car to use on my trip. I thought I had the complete home kit, but forgot the AC adapter.I thought I would have to go without. The sales associate at Best Buy pointed me to this adapter in that I could use it for the Satellte adapter, and because of the multiple connectors and selectible voltages ... It could have other uses. Point well taken, it now lives in my suitcase with all of the supplied connectors

It's probably the best bang for buck you're gonna find if you're in the market for AC adapters. I'm never a fan of the 'power box on the plug' design decision when it comes to electronics. Makes the overall connection a bit more finnicky than it needs to be, other than that works great. Double-check the adapter connection on your electronic before you purchase this to ensure you're getting the right size connection.
