Works really well and a great size for a couple of people, food cools quickly. Love led lights and love freezer on bottom. Spa e in it os reql good. I can fit a large pizza box on shelf if beed be. Have jad it over 1 year and no issues. May purchase another one very soon

I’ve been using this insignia 18 cu. ft. bottom-freezer fridge for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m still surprised at how much value you get for the price. For only $700, it looks sleek in the kitchen and has way more room than I expected. The top fridge section is well-lit, and the glass shelves are easy to adjust — I was able to fit a tall pitcher without a problem. The freezer on the bottom is super convenient, with two levels that slide out so I don’t have to dig for stuff anymore. It runs very quietly, keeps everything ice cold, and the LED lighting makes it feel like a premium model. I didn’t think I’d miss the extra features like an ice maker or water dispenser — turns out I don’t at all, especially at this price point. If you’re furnishing an ADU, rental, or just need a dependable family fridge that won’t break the bank, this is a no-brainer. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and affordable.

Got this refrigerator a week ago. My husband and I couldn't be happier with it. We are amazed that we got this type if refrigerator for the price we did. It's very spacious. The delivery men were awesome. They let us know there were a few dents in the side of the refrigerator. They called customer service for us and got us $100 off off. Customer service was also awesome. We are pleased with our product and customer service experience. So much so that we will only be getting our appliances through Best Buy from now on.

Purchased 3 months ago and very satisfied with the product so far, was skeptical about size at first, but it is more spacious than it looks and the quality is impressive.

Nice refrigerator. quiet, and spacious. the only little quirk so far, is you need to push the door a little harder than i think you should to get it to close. The good thing is, if its open too long, it will set an alarm.

Works really well and all the shelves are very stable feeling. You have to be sure to press the fridge door closed though as it can open back up if not 100% closed. Thankfully the fridge makes an alert noise when that happens, so it’s not a huge deal. Freezer works great and drawer pulls out easily. It’s a great fridge for a small space or a small budget.

Bought this for my parents to replace a 20+ year old fridge. Their kitchen is designed for a smaller sized fridge, and this fit the bill. So far, the fridge seems to be working great. Unfortunately, after unboxing, they discovered that two of the grooves that the shelves sit on were damaged. The damaged grooves can still support the shelf (and there are others upon which the shelf can be placed), but the damage is an eyesore, at least to me. I offered to contact Best Buy to return/exchange the fridge, but my folks didn't want to go through the hassle of repacking the fridge and taking it back to Best Buy as instructed by the warranty.

We bought this fridge for our new apartment and it’s been amazing so far. We love how spacious it feels and the French door style really saves our backs since everything we would need on a daily basis is above hip level. Easy to clean as well. The only thing that’s a little weird is that sometimes it emits a high pitch sound which is kind of odd. It almost sounds like a dog crying very lightly, and I say this because sometimes we think our dog is crying but it’s just the fridge lol. But it’s rare that happens. Overall very happy with it and the fact that it energy savings.

I bought an Insignia 18.7 cu ft bottom freezer refrigerator. I have had it a month. I love it. It seems like it is much larger/roomier than that. It's perfect for me. It has been a great addition to my new apartment. Only thing I wish it that it had French doors (thus 4 stars on design). However, the storage in the door is amazing. I can't speak for quality yet. All bins are clear plastic. Hopefully handled appropriately they will last a long time. They seem like a decent thickness. So glad I made this purchase.

I LOVE this fridge! I had been lamenting the space we had-saw this fridge and almost screamed with delight that it would fit! Having the freezer on the bottom is a DREAM! And the space in the fridge is amazing compared to what we had there! If it fits the dimensions for your space-you will not be disappointed! Have not had one issue-it rolled right into the spot-was light, and was cold immediately! You just can’t go wrong!

Perfect size for two people. Easy top access and love having the freezer drawer on the bottom.

Over all very happy with this fridge it really fits our kitchen. It was easy to set up and change the door direction. It cooled to temp in less than 4 hours and was ready to go

I recommend it! It is spacious for its space, its temperature regulator is tactile and easy since it only has three levels, the instructions are easy to understand and it comes with 3 languages, for the price it seems good to me!

First time owning a bottom freezer with refrigerator on top - just love it that when you open the refrigerator door everything is at eye level… makes it easier to get things in and out without keeping the door open for a length of time! Also love the bottom freeze … this has a roll out shelf to put your ice trays in and small times that won’t get lost~this unit is so much more efficient on electricity… please do yourself a favor and give it a try!!!

This fridge had everything we were looking for, and at a fantastic price. Dimensions were spot on. It’s spacious, looks great, and the temperatures are as they should be!

This fridge is so quiet and I mean q-u-i-e-t! It made some noise when first plugging it in but within an hour had stopped. It has so much storage space too. We absolutely love it!
