Two trays were cracked and chipped. Other than that the refrigerator works great.

We purchased this fridge in september for the labor day sale and bought it for around $730. We saved a lot of money on it and had our eye on it for some time. When we received the fridge it was brand new in the box. They unboxes it infront of me. No dents or scratches. Nothing broken. After install we waiting a day to transfer our goods. Listened to thw fidge read the manual. All when okay. There is a slight humming sound and an occasional sound thats low but noticeable. After a month of having it we noticed the top shelp was much colder and froze some of our items. We adjusted the temp which only gives you three settings. We have it on setting one. The freezer is also on setting one. It was over freezing our goods in the freezer. So after making a few adjustments it seems to be qorking better and fine for us. This fridge is practical. There are no handles so be advised. You open from a grip on top or the bottom of the door. This is our first bottom freezer. And i am not sure i like that. But im still getting use it it. The fridge has no additional compartments for cheese, butter, or what not. So i suggest buying fridge organizers. Overalln this product is was a good purchase. I don't regret it. Once we move we buy a new one and put this one in the garage.

Recieved a damaged product that was replced within a reasonable time frame. This insignia refrigerator has basic features and meets my needs perfectly. It performs very well, although we are replacing our original regrigerator that was of an unknown age. Food stays cold and it is easy to set the temperature for fridge and freezer. The surfaces are easy to clean! It seems to be built well and i expect that it would last a very long time, even though it wasnt a splurge by appliance means.

This refrigerator is perfect for us. We wanted a bottom freezer with drawers and this one holds an amazing of food top and bottom. It’s super easy to operate, easy to clean and keep organized, and it’s so, so quiet. And to top it off, it’s beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I seriously find myself staring at it every once in a while in admiration. I’m so glad we chose it. Thanks, Best Buy!

I love this refrigerator it has a very spacious inside. I love the freezer has two spaces inside and the alarm that lets you know if the doors arent shut all the way. It does have a slight moan sounds type noise at times, i think when its really cooling.. but its not really that noticeable anymore. But its been awesome, love the bottom freezer style also.

This is a good refrigerator with incorrect instructions to reverse door swing. Please see the included photo. Contrary to what the instructions say, there is no left-facing middle hinge in the accessory bag. Instead, use the same middle hinge currently on the refrigerator. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the pin, and install it on the opposite side of the hinge. The middle hinge can now be installed on the left side of the refrigerator. Customer support was not able to help and instead offered to send me a new refrigerator. This was not necessary. Good luck!

Absolutely love this fridge! It’s small but the inside has ample amount of room. Depth you can fit 2 gallons of milk front to back in and the drawers slide in and out easily. Space in the door is great as well. Only thing negative is that it didn’t come with the middle bracket to switch the door to open to the left. I did work with geek squad and went into store and never got contacted back to get the part or exchange.

I love it it’s the right size for my needs & love the freezer is on the bottom. Thanks to Dad for bankrolling this for me.

This has been the best purchase I’ve ever made! So far I’ve been so impressed with how spacious it’s inside and how comfortable it looks to have it inside my kitchen! I don’t regret throwing away my Samsung fridge which it was twice the price from this fridge.

I purchased this Insignia fridge with bottom freezer so it would work for my family of five. It stores a lot of food. The freezer is at the bottom and has two drawers . In the fridge part you can set how cold you want the fridge and freezer to be. It also does an alarm if the door is open to long .

A perfect replacement for my old 90s yellow fridge. Works great, plenty of space, and yells at you if you keep the door open too long. With the small size of the place you can put it, it’s nice to have options like this that aren’t basic. Absolutely love that the freezer is on the bottom because I’m tall and don’t go in it very often!

This is a great fridge, the first one that came had shelf holder that was broken, so they sent another one and picked up the others one. But the one they sent was also a little messed up where the shelf gets held into the fridge, decided to just keep it as it’s functional and they offered a gift card. It keeps food cold and love the bottom freezer. The photo is of the first one that came damaged.

I have been looking at this specific fridge for awhile now and did see some mixed reviews however I decided to make the purchase and I am so happy I did! I love my new refrigerator it elevated my whole apartment look and it feels super fancy for a great price!!! Best Buy team did amazing job at delivering it super fast and easy. Def recommend to anyone on a market for a good deal

I like this fridge overall, however; I have had a horrible time dealing with Geek Squad (except for the last person I spoke with who was actually helpful). I discovered the day after my fridge was delivered that one of the door bin shelves was cracked in such a way that caused it to sag. Not the worst thing in the world but seeing as I just spent a good amount of money on this new appliance, I wanted a replacement shelf. Geek Squad sent a contractor out to look at the fridge. Overkill, as this is a simple part they should just be able to mail to me but I guess this is just how they do things. The contractor said he'd order the part and come back with it. Again, overkill, but okay. I waited several weeks with no further outreach from Geek Squad about my replacement shelf. I called them on 5/7/24 and asked when it would be delivered. This rep informed me I had an appointment the next day to have the part delivered and that I'd receive a call that evening with a delivery window. I did not receive a call so on 5/8/24 I chatted with support online. They informed me that my service appointment was 4/13/24. I guess Geek Squad has time travelers. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone at a local store so I ended up speaking with a regular Best Buy customer service rep, who promised me he'd forward my info to a service manager for follow up. Again, no response. I finally called back this morning and spoke with another Geek Squad agent who ended up issuing a partial refund because apparently this part is simply out of stock everywhere. So, potential buyers should be aware that the plastic that the door bins is made out of is very brittle and cracks easily. I have since discovered that a second door bin is also cracked. I assume that whoever installed the shelves during delivery or before was not gentle enough with them and caused them to crack - see the photo and you will understand.

Absolutely love it's prefect looks amazing very sleek nd is very thing it says it is. Love the space in it nd the alarm on it when door is not closed all the way or open to long very nice feature. It's the best purchase every. Looks amazing. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Great refrigerator/freezer for an affordable price. The bottom freezer makes accessing items very easy. Looks great with the stainless steel door too. Delivery and installation was simple and customer service was really satisfactory! Overall an excellent transaction.

Fridge was very roomy for 18.6 cu ft. Iwaited 3 weeks so i could see how well it worked. No problems! Works great and i got a fantastic deal on it! Bottom freezer is awesome!

I love my new refrigerator, it has a sound signal to let you know the door is open. The size is perfect I can see everything in the refrigerator compare to a top freezer .
