I purchased this Insignia refrigerator because my Whirlpool refrigerator stopped getting cold 4 year's after I bought it (Brand New). The Whirlpool was nicer than the in that it had all glass shelves and a sliding cold cut compartment. Things I like about the Insignia is that it keeps the freezer items frozen and the refrigerator items cold. It has good suction requiring a good pull to open the refrigerator. Things I don't like about it. The handle is on the side of the door. The shelves are wire racks instead of glass. There is not a full length shelf in the freezer. The refrigerator light bulb is small and dim. I haven't had this refrigerator a month and the door seal is already separating from the door.

We bought this for a rental unit, so to be fair, we are not using this ourselves on a day to day basis. But so far no issues, it looks nice (note - the sides are black), it fit into our designated space, and seems to cool well. The only tiny shortcoming is that the power cord was too short, as our outlet is closer to the top of the refrigerator. But that problem was easily remedied with a power strip extension cord.

Bought this refrigerator for someone and they love it, pretty roomy and it looks really nice. Great price too.

It's a perfect size, not to big not to small and a nice looks to it. Easy to clean. I would recomend this product

Love love love this fridge i was looking for something cheap and simple and got a great buy here price great and size was 3x what i expected in freezer and fridge part for first time i can place milk gallon on fridge side door without fear of losing the entire compartment or more from the fall

This is a nice refrigerator for the price. Our kitchen was pretty small so this fit perfectly and was exactly what we needed. I would recommend this item.

Keeps things cold, fits well in my skinny kitchen, nice to not run into a protruding door handle! Does make weird noises like lactose intolerance intestinal trauma. Not loud enough to hear down the hall so not an issue.

After having our previous refrigerator for about 20 years, it was time for an upgrade. The stainless steel version of this refrigerator looks great and very modern. While it is a little smaller than our previous one, it still does a really good job at holding a lot of groceries in it. It is also a lot quieter than our previous one which is definitely a plus. It was easy to install and so far its been a great refrigerator.

I have a smallish kitchen and don't need lots of fridge and freezer space, so this fridge is perfect for my needs. Big enough to hold plenty of food, but fits in much nicer than the huge French door fridge it replaced. Did not want or need the ice maker or water/ice available through door like old one. Tired of buying replacement cartridges for the water filter system, and too much stuff that can break. Love the simplicity of this refrigerator. Perfect for my needs.

Thr refrigerator was a great size for my parents. They were able to store all of their food and items.. It is spacious and easy to clean

I am SO happy with this refrigerator. It's the perfect size for my family of 4. I know other reviews mentioned noise. I have hardly any sound from it, in fact I've checked to make sure it was working because it was so quiet. Of course I did take the time to make sure it was level. I highly recommend this make and model.

I just needed a small fridge for myself and mom. The insignia brand from best buy is great for price and quality. I haven't had any issues and it maximizes space for the fridge and freezer. The stainless steel finish adds an upgrade to the purchase and it is easy to clean with water and soap. I would recommend keeping the temperature inside on 3 or 4 and clean twice a month.

This is a great fridge that did not cost an arm and a leg. It made a huge difference in the look of our kitchen, swapping out our old white one for this made our kitchen feel so much more modern. Best Buy made the purchase, delivery and installation super easy. The installation guys were great - in and out fast, were clean and offered helpful advice.

We bought this for our garage. It looks great and keeps everything inside nice and cold. I had to switch the door orientation to the opposite of how we received it and it was fairly easy to complete. For not being a massive fridge the inside seems huge. Plenty of space for what we want it for and nothing taking up unnecessary space. Shelves and door storage are easy to rearrange.

We actually really like the refrigerator and consider it a bargain at this price point. However, the manufacturer's door reversal kit, which we absolutely must have because the door cannot open on the left in our setup, is apparently rather consistently a problem. Best Buy immediately sent out another repair/service technician, and he could not get it to work properly. You can close the door, but you must exert a lot of force to make sure it closes. Our fear is that a grandchild or another could think it was closing, but it hangs up without continuous pressure. Best Buy is GREAT! Sending a new refrigerator!

Great fridge for the price. Fridge and freezer work very well. Only con is it is noisy. Sounds like cows constantly mooing. Only thing that would make it better is if the freezer had a light.

This was a gift for my daughter. The delivery went well and its been working just fine for the last few weeks. So far, so good. This is a good refrigerator for the price. Frost free and basic. Good room. Not a lot of bells and whistles but works well for the purpose needed. I highly recommend.

I've had this refrigerator for about a month, and so far no major complaints. Like others have said, it does make a howling-type noise when the compressor kicks in. The first night I had it, I thought coyotes from the neighborhood greenbelt were in my yard! Now I just do my best to not keep the door open for long. Delivery and installation was fast & efficient. I noticed afterwards that the door was missing one of the shelves and customer service was zero help. I drove to the store and found my salesguy and he got it all sorted out. I purchased the optional ice maker which works great but just be aware that it takes up a lot of freezer space. You can tel that it isn't a high-end fridge. Everything seems a bit dinky on it but it all seems to work, and you get what you pay for, ya? I did opt for the additional service plan to be on the safe side. I could totally see this thing putzing out in 2-3 years. For now I am happy with it though!
