The down side is the placement of the prongs. The prongs are in the center causing it to take 3 spaces on a power strip instead of 1 or 2. But it’s good for a wall outlet.

BB gave me a replacement and I immediately wrapped that area in electrical tape. We'll see if it lasts.

I didn’t even get to use it for 3-4 weeks and the cord is completely separated from the part I plug into your phone. If will charge super fast but now it’s a fire hazard and a crap product.

I want to return these but according to Best Buy the "return window" has passed. This is not fair as I did not have enough time to properly assess the product. I need them replaced. Awful products.
